In the newspaper and a broadcast was put under doubt the legality of arrest and condemnation of businessman Murtazakhan Bahrikhanov, the former citizen of Tajikistan, and then living in Almalyk with the family. He was accused in narco-business, illegal business and other offences. In opinion of the authors of the materials, the Uzbek law enforcement bodies operated with the mercenary purposes and wanted to tidy up the shop open by M.Bahrikhanov, his personal property.
Let's not to give the analysis of the validity of consequence and court - this is a theme of other material. Has struck that, the employees of NSS tried to entangle in scandal the inexperienced journalist, having made "whipping boy" in the dirty information games. Under the legislation the law enforcement bodies, as well as any other state institutions, have the right to publish on pages of the newspapers or in an air the point of view, in fact and for this purpose, at them the departmental press-services are created. Moreover, editions searched for opportunities of such debate. Other way - to demand a refutation through judicial instances, having presented and having proved correctness of the investigation.
