I have an anemia
I have an anemia and so British NHS doctor prescribed me
Ferrous Sulphate 200 mg tablets
course to treat an anemia
before this
I used
Ferrous Fumarate 210 mg tablets
course in 2014 which put my health back.
this all are supplements of iron.
I think it may be from my poor diet, not enough meat, fish, fruits, vegetables,
my rent is 347 pounds per month, the state put 289-290 pound to cover this, and still a benefit 288 pounds for each 4 weeks as a low income benefit, so I need to do saving to cover the difference to put the rent from my low income benefit, which make this as already more low than a low income rate by British Law practically.
But as British State feels this as not enough, they obligate now by their new rules to give a paper printed papers as the prove of each step to find a job - including a print from a mobile if to do calls.
This means practically, that I pay 25 pounds for Internet, and 25 pounds for cartridges for a printer to print these requested by Job Centre Plus's Officials evidences, and money for a paper to print too. This all are from my a low income benefit with is lowest already by British Law and so my real income is more low righter the low income by the British Law.
One British woman, a pensioner, said me

I may have the anemia still
as I have my female periods each months in my near 54 yo age too,
so I have a loss of my blood each month through this.
My grandma gave a birth of my father as her 7th child in her 54 yo age
so I had my birth too and all my kids and grand-kids had their births too.
But she lived in the Russian village in Siberia in Novosibirsk Province and so it was a little bit easy to survive here and still my father and his friends as kids used to catch small animals, as ground-squirrels, pouring plenty water underground to catch, to boil as a meat soup and they ate this and still they sold skins for a money to buy some fruits for them.
But this way of surviving - to catch animals for a food - does not permit in UK, as all fish and trees and animals are someone's property which need to avoid to take, including to avoid to take some food from duspin bins too - some British people were being arrested as thieves for 4 years when they took some food from Tesco duspin bins.

I am doing something, and suddenly I have a feeling of a tidiness, and so I go to sleep.
I am walking and having a feeling as an uncomfortable in the area when my heart sometimes, so moving more slowly.
But this health condition is usual for plenty Russians in Russia at springs and they named it as the spring tidiness,
it need to walk more on the sun light fresh air and to eat something green from the nature - all this will start to work to put things back to normal.
So, I spend some time on the fresh air activities to improve my health condition via the sun light and a fresh air with an oxygen.

It is a little bit hard sometimes though a day to do something, as a tiredness stops it and I go to sleep, making a break in my activities.
But as I use to drink now plenty tablets from iron, - 3 times per days as prescribed by NHS doctor, and still a cod oil and multivitamins and minerals in tablets, and a fresh air, and a sun bathing for a little, I hope for my health will return back soon and all will be fine again.
