для экстрадиции основателя WikiLeaks Джулиана Ассанжа.
Об этом сообщает Reuters.
Агентство ознакомилось с документом,
в котором говорится,
что
приговор в виде высшей меры наказания Ассанжу не грозит.
Более того, он сможет апеллировать к первой поправке Конституции США, гарантирующей свободу слова.
Жена Ассанжа Стелла заявила,
что предоставленные гарантии не развеяли их опасений.
26 марта 2024
Высокий суд Лондона одобрил прошение Ассанжа
и разрешил ему оспаривать решение об экстрадиции в США
в судах Великобритании.
При этом допускалось исключение в случае,
если США гарантируют журналисту возможность апеллировать к первой поправке к Конституции США после его экстрадиции,
а также не вынесут ему приговор в виде казни.

Комментарий
1. США распространяет законы США на государства и территории, не входящие в состав государства США: на страны проживания Джулиана Ассанжа,
что опасно: это де-юре фактический захват территории другого государства:
в "колония США под законами Американской Империи США без прав граждан США (Жителей Империи США имеющих права граждан США: жители колоний США прав граждан США и льгот пособий паспортов граждан США не имеют: что рабство: рабы, выполняющие указания государство США)

Это возможно.

Арест Маннинга был по сути защитой США:
Маннинг был выявлен в среде военных США с присягой США американцев,
готовых за деньги дать информацию.

Мужчине понравился мужчина. Маннинг признался и сменил пол мужской в женский,

Он больше потом не изучал паранормального, и уговоры поехать в М-ский треугольник Молёбку присёк: там слишком опасно! Боюсь! И не надо и про инопланетян!
Джуна тоже так же считала: не стала туда ъезжать, подъехав.
Так что мой муж имел мнение Джуны такое же. Лучше туда никому не ехать: слишком опасно и страшно.

Мои личные вещи тоже остались ему и его маме. Драгоценности в шкатулке тоже, как то пропало всё. Я то любила. Оставила своё имущество. А меня то нет. Я так это поняла.
Мой британский второй муж взял меня больную, я теряла сознание, кружилась голова и падала. И откармливал: английский полный завтрак в постель подавал мне. Уберёг.

Девушка влюбилась в парня на деревне одного: красив и пригож, запал.
А он её не любит: в подружку влюблён её.
Она и наряжалась: а никак..
Пошла тогдда в лес к ведьме-к колдунье за зелевом колдовским приворотным,
купить опоить в кого влюблена:
