According to The NYT, the same group participated in the murder of Givi.
“A group of Ukrainian agents installed a portable missile launcher in a building opposite the office of Mikhail Tolstykh, known as Givi.
Using a remote trigger, US and Ukrainian officials said they fired the launcher as soon as Givi entered his office, killing him.
