Thank you for the invitation to participate in the discussion on the role of democracy in our time.
These days it has become obvious that for a successful "pass over" from Prehistory to the History of the prosperity of Humanity, a Great Upgrade is needed in the economic, social spheres and in the sphere of ideas.Therefore, it is very important to regularly hold Summits and Forums for Democracy.
That is, a scientific and democratic discussion of the picture of the world is necessary: worldview, state, social, economic systems in which high-tech progress will be used for the benefit of every person (99%), and not to increasing the wealth and power of the oligarchs (1%).At the same time, judgments must be reasonable and understandable to every person.
So:
"Come on,common sense!"
In my concept of the Great Upgrade: the 20s of the 21st century / #20s21 is a “pass over” from imperialism, oligarchism, capitalism, socialism, authoritarianism to inclusivism and humanism of the Mosaic World based on

Democracy solves existential problems

Automation solves most problems

Inclusivism solves
via super co-ops problems caused by automation.
A new model of human-centric globalization is the Mosaic World, in which countries are neither mixed in a monopolar world nor separated in a bipolar or multipolar world.
In the World-Mosaic there is no domination of "poles", but there are countries-leaders.
The global economic backbone of the Mosaic World is the Super co-ops worldwide network, in which every citizen of the world owns a share.
The reassembly into the mosaic socio-economic organism is based on the rise of the social & the shift of the economics to the level of automatism, like breathing & heartbeat in a person, that gives freedom to reach the highest spheres of activity.
The 1st precept of the Mosaic world:
"Love the world as yourself"!
The Mosaic World: ethic imperatives, democracy, honeycomb wordly goods.
The Great Upgrade will be based on the reassemble of the Old World into the New Mosaic World based on the Trinity Paradigm and the collecting of countries and peoples on the principle of "whole: not mixed not divided".
The Mosaic World means for all people and the peoples as the World-Mosaic, moreover, it means for people and the peoples of Abrahamic traditions as the Promised World to Moses.
Will you be happy if you owns nothing, as the concept of the Great Reset claims?
My concept of the Great Upgrade, on the contrary, states that the economic basis of a happy life for every person can be inalienable personal share in all super co-ops.
People are co-owners of the World!
We must look at the contemporary world not from the past and not even from the present, but from the future.
Then we will see clearly: dictators, using 4IR, automation and AI for their own purposes, can replace "workhorses" and "cannon fodder" with robotics.
Automation progress tempts the oligarchs to “change staff”, that is, to replace people with machines, not only by cutting jobs, but also by unnatural population reduction, for which they need autocracy, not democracy.
Only democracy can become a collective savior and lead the nations to prosperity in the Era of Robotization and Automation / EraRA.
The coming Era of Robotics and AI, i.e. EraRA will free people from the roles of "workhorse and cannon fodder": in democracies people will be busy perfecting the soul and body, turning the world into a Garden of Eden, but in autocracies they will be "useless people".
Franklin D. Roosevelt said:
"Liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerated the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than the democratic state itself.
That in its essence is fascism: ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or any controlling private power".
Therefore, the idea of ;;creating now or in the future a kind of British East India Company that rules over large areas, exercising military power and taking over administrative functions, is inherently a dangerous and wrong direction in search of a model for a better future.
The correct solution of current and future tasks: the creation in the commonwealth of democratic countries global, international and nation-wide super co-ops as the economic foundation of democracy, in which each citizen owns a personal share and controls their management as a co-owner and as a citizen of a democratic state.
That's why the victory of democracy over autocracy is so important in the 20s21.
"Democracy is not Coca-Cola that promises the same taste everywhere in the world", - said Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi.
Yes, I see:
"Democracy is fresh water.
Real Democracy as a fresh water has not fixed form and taste.
There are a lot any water in the world but only the clean fresh water is a life support resource of Humanity. Democracy too!"
In my opinion, the super co-ops, in which each citizen owns shares and receives monthly dividends, i.e. "human income" will be the key solution to contemporary and even more so, future problems of the development of society and the economy, including those associated with the inevitable automation of the production of goods and services, as well as with growing income inequality.
Super-co-ops (in which everyone own shares) start a Circular Economy that aims not only efficient use of energy and raw resources, but also at a nonstop circulation of finance as M;bius strip of supply & demand cycles.
In my conception of the All-Inclusive Society the basic income - #GLI or #UBI - is received from special funds by those citizens whose total monthly income from all sources of income is below the level of the monthly guaranteed per capita income in the country.
It is impossible not to see that the growth of the power of Humankind threatens to exceed the height of ethical imperatives. It's time to discuss the "Limits to Power" and create a "Global Foolproof" so that the World Order prevents any possibility of the destruction of the World at the will of person.
"To be or not to be - that is the question on which the persons answer by the actions"!
The great goal in the Anthropocene Era, i.e. main #SDG :
To create a global and national systems that will help everyone become a person co-creator in harmony with the World and God, and not a "workhorse" or "cannon fodder".
