10:19am.
Started the day with exercises, which made me feel strong. While doing them, I thought about the real actions I’m taking to reach my goal. Came to the conclusion to invest more time in making videos. I abandoned all activities which were related to mastering Shotcut and video making skills. After watching thousands of videos, I have an excellent taste for figuring out how the best videos should look like, but I have no idea how to make them. Yet, I have everything I need to make them. I have brilliant ideas which may be converted into visual representations, I have highly developed writing and speaking skills, I have time, I have energy, I have a strong desire to do it, I have a need to do it, so what holds me back?

11:36am.
Nothing has been done. I had breakfast and watched a couple of videos. This man, James Jani, got 4, 000 subs within a few days. It’s not too much, unless we take into account that it’s 1/5 of his entire audience, and his channel is half a year old. And there are too many comments like that, “Your channel is an undiscovered gem. The video quality is insane for such a new channel,” or “when this channel gets to 10M subs, remember this: I was here when the sub count was still three digits long,” or “1300 to 6125 subs in three weeks, great stuff, u are doing great mate.”
So the video is called: Data Brokers: The Dark Industry of Selling Your Identity for Profit. The content is a sort of ren-tv content, but less pathetic. A guy sits and talks about how bad it is that our data is sold by unknown firms to whoever wants to buy it. There are lots of short clips and the music is very engaging, but taking a close look, inevitably makes us conclude that what we see is one of many examples of foolish conspiracy propaganda. Which kinds of emotions does it trigger? Fear? Wonder? Anger? Besides, the guy is quite young (20 y.o.) and talented. It’s interesting to see how he’s gonna grow in a couple of months. Obviously, it teaches how to make videos to attract attention and hook up the audience. Make up an interesting story, dramatize it, put there lots of striking clips and pictures, and ta-dah! Everyone wants to get more.

12:19pm.
Watched one more video from this guy. There is a lot of content about making money, so it seems the antithesis to it may be required. So far as I’ve been actually in opposition to this moneymaking type of lifestyle for more than a decade and know from experience what real freedom means, it makes sense to try my linguistic force against it.
Let’s write a script for a video.
You’ve probably heard many times that money is what you need to have a successful life.
There are lots of financial gurus on the internet who’re gonna tell you for hours how to build passive income, achieve financial independence, become free, etc., etc.
Books like “Rich Dad Poor Dad,” “The Richest Man in Babylon,” or “Think and Grow Rich” provide you with lots of examples of successful stories which fit into the category of American Dream.
People just like you, having nothing to start with, earned massive amounts of money by following certain principles. So if you wanna be free and have a happy life, all you need to do is just learning these principles and applying them in practice.
I’m not saying it’s impossible. There are plenty of people who’ve already done it. These people wrote books, created lots of youtube channels, showing you step by step how they fabricated their ideas, acquired the audience and received thousands and millions of bucks of profit.
If you have enough time and a little bit of intelligence, you may also try to do that.
But if you have enough intelligence to grasp that time is an illusion and the world you live in is utterly infinite, you’re one step closer to realizing that money isn’t the key to open doors to your dream; it’s a burden that holds you back when you wanna fly. It gives you the sense of false security; it makes you a target of advertisers, who, by many sophisticated techniques which you’ve never heard of, convert your unconscious instincts into one dumb impulse to purchase commodities.
If you figure out what you really need and focus on that with the same passion as you have about money, you’ll get it way faster than you can imagine. The truth is that most of your needs may be fulfilled without money. Your actual needs do not require hundreds of thousands of bucks to be satisfied. Your actual need have very little to do with all sorts of products you may encounter on the market place.
I’m not talking about food and all these little things like toothpaste which you must buy to keep your body alive. All this costs nothing, unless you were conditioned to eat in restaurants and pay for the brand or stories behind the brand instead of the real product.
Let’s look at two ways of how you can escape wage slavery. The first is you buy into Rich Dad philosophy and spend the rest of your life striving after so-called assets and worrying about each dollar. If it’s your game and you’re passionate about, go ahead. The second way is to focus on developing real intelligence which gives you the power to survive in any circumstances and allows you to see what’s really going on in the world.
There are lots of idiots who will show you a lamborghini in their garage and then tell you that what they actually care about is knowledge. Most of them are gonna sound very persuasive and intelligent. After listening to them, you may get under the impression that you were destined for success; they’ll make you feel special, throwing on you all their life-changing stuff. It’s all free; it’ll make you happy; it’ll turn you into a millionaire.
So you’ve gotta be careful, since once you’ve hooked up, there are very few chances to run away. On the other hand, there are so many books which you can read for free, so many lectures made by the most brilliant thinkers of our times, waiting for you on the internet. Great movies, music and all sorts of other powerful content are available at your fingertips. And also there is a lot of space for creativity. You may learn literally everything from the greatest specialists, paying nothing else but attention. Attention, by the way, rapidly gains value in our modern world, and the time is at hand when it’s gonna be a new currency while money will cease to make sense.

21:22pm.
Worked the whole day to make a video out of this script. It was really engaging and funny. I learned how to take free video clips from different sites and put them in my video. I had some problems with the video editor. It lags all the time and I can save anything there. The quality of the video is gonna appear quite low, but so far as this is the first time I’m trying to make something like that, it’s okay. It was my mistake that I didn’t invest in learning how to make videos earlier, especially how to edit them. I’ve recorded so many speeches just to practice English, and now I see that it was my ignorance which held me back from learning anything about editing when I started uploading videos on youtube. However, it’s not that terrible, since I can learn fast and those skills which I’ve already developed are no less important in the long run.
