AI controlled elections in Kyrgyzstan?

The computer was really rooting for the losers.
The results of manual counting quite accurately coincide with the data of electronic counting of the ACS.
Please note that at this time the manual counting of about 40 percent of the votes has been completed - and some discrepancies or fluctuations in the data are easily explained by the fact that at this time the counting of ballots and votes collected mainly from voters in Bishkek, Chui oblast is ending.
But among the remaining uncounted 60 percent of ballots, the majority of votes are collected in the regions - in the south of Kyrgyzstan (Osh, Jalal-Abad and Batken regions) and in some distant corners of Talas and Naryn regions, where they came from all day yesterday.
So, upon completion of the manual calculation, the data obtained will approximate the data obtained by the automated control system, although there will be minimal errors and discrepancies.
Therefore, today we will see an increase in the percentage positions of "Ata Zhurt", "Butun Kyrgyzstan" and "Ata-Meken". This is especially true of "Ata Zhurt", who won many votes in all three southern regions, while the main harvest of votes of "Butun Kyrgyzstan" falls on the Batken and Osh regions, and "Ata Meken" won many votes in the Jalal-Abad region. However, "Ata Jurt" is in the lead in all three regions.
I can predict that the data of manual counting in the case of "Ata Zhurt" will be 2-3 percent higher than those obtained during electronic voting.
So, in fact, the winning party most likely sacrificed its votes.
And I don’t know exactly how it happened, but ACS is after all artificial intelligence, and nothing human is probably alien to it either.
Such thing often happens in sports, for example, in boxing, when the much stronger on the ring does not go to finish off his losing opponent, and even misses punches to make little easier a state of loser.
In any case, Marat Imankulov will not have to leave his post, and Kyrgyzstan can, on occasion, be proud of the fact that it held the world's first voting under the control of artificial intelligence.
