The task of objectively necessary ideological influence on the IJMass is predetermined by the goal that the developers and promoters of ideology assume for the IJM for the period of the threat of a destructive invasion of the anti - "Western" giant. This goal: the withdrawal of IJM from this threat.
To achieve the target state, many operations/actions must be performed - 1, 2, 3, …
The content of "action" is an interdependent combination of internal mental actions and external objective actions. Internal experiences are manifested in external actions (exteriorization). And external actions - in the circumstances that gave rise to the need for these actions, the content of actions, the results of actions - affect internal experiences (interiorization).
Motives for actions are motives and goals that are close or distant in time, personal or social in relation to the personality of the acting subject.
Motives and goals are generated by 1.awareness of threats and favours in the Community < -- > Living environment system and 2. motivation to overcome threats and use favours.
The purpose of ideological influence is to stimulate such awareness and such motivation that would lead to actions with a target result. In our case, I repeat, the target result is the withdrawal of IJM from the threat of a destructive invasion of the anti-"Western" giant.
The system of designated cause-and-effect dependencies determines the content of the objective need for an adequate ideology. Accordingly, in this regard, a Subsystem for the development and provision of ideological influence should take place.

I have considered some aspects of the formation of ideology and the implementation of ideological influence on the IJM.
It is necessary to identify:
- parameters that determine the dynamic (changeable) state of awareness of the system of segments (in various essential aspects of the IJM division) of the Mass
- parameters that determine the dynamic (changeable) state of motivation of this system of segments.
Now we determine the possible desirable (to achieve the target state of the IJM – the ability to carry out a life-saving maneuver under a designated threat) dynamic state of a combination of awareness and motivation.
The achievement of a possible state depends on the quality (possible parameters and levels) Subsystems of the development and provision of ideological influence, first of all, depends on the development of the ideological mood of the participants of the Subsystem. The initiating group should clearly represent the capabilities of the participants of the Subsystem and their capabilities in forming their ideological mood (awareness, skills, motivation).
Examples of parameters of possible life-saving maneuvering (examples only):
- the distribution of budgets of time, labor intensity, money, etc. between institutional policy, institutional diplomacy, the media, "people's" diplomacy, the Ministry of Defense, scientific research and practical actions, etc.,
- the number of people employed in combat operations, transport, medical care, etc.,
- the number of those evacuated in advance, the number of those evacuated belatedly, the number of fighting personnel, reservists, partisans, etc., the number of dead of different categories of citizens, wounded, etc.
- delay time and attenuation level (levels of various kinds of costs) anti - "Western" roll.
- the size of the non-Israeli fighters and equipment involved in complicity in the maneuver,
- the volume and effectiveness of the international political and business support attracted to the maneuvering IJM,
etc.
From the idea of capabilities (competencies) Subsystems of the development and provision of ideological influence and possible parameters of the dynamics of the target state and mass-the content of the planned and implemented Actions is specified.

Задача объективно потребного идеологического воздействия на ИЕМассу предопределена целью, которую разработчики и промоутеры идеологии предполагают у ИЕМ для периода угрозы уничтожающего нашествия анти-«Западного» гиганта. Эта цель: отвод ИЕМ из-под этой угрозы.
Для достижения целевого состояния должно быть осуществлено множество операций, действий – 1, 2, 3, …
Содержанием «действия» является взаимообусловленное сочетание внутренних психических действий и внешних предметных действий. Внутренние переживания проявляются во внешних действиях (экстериоризация). А внешние действия – в обстоятельствах, породивших потребность в этих действиях, содержание действий, результаты действий - влияют на внутренние переживания (интериоризация).
Побуждениями к действиям являются мотивы и цели, которые бывают по времени – близкими или далекими, по отношению к личности действующего субъекта – личными или общественными.
Мотивы и цели порождаются 1.осведомленностью об угрозах и благоприятствованиях в системе Сообщество < -- > Среда проживания и 2.побужденностью к преодолению угроз и использованию благоприятствований.
Назначение идеологического воздействия – стимулировать такую осведомленность и такую побужденность, которые вели бы к действиям с целевым результатом. В нашем случае, повторюсь, целевой результат - отвод ИЕМ из-под угрозы уничтожающего нашествия анти-«Западного» гиганта.
Система обозначенных причинно-следственных зависимостей обуславливает содержание объективной потребности в адекватной идеологии. Соответственно, в этой связи должна состояться Подсистема разработки и оказания идеологического воздействия.

я рассмотрел некоторые аспекты формирования идеологии и осуществления идеологического воздействия на ИЕМ.
Надо выявить:
- параметры, которыми определяется динамичное (изменяемое) состояние осведомленности системы сегментов (в различных существенных аспектах членения ИЕМ) Массы
- параметры, которыми определяется динамичное (изменяемое) состояние побужденности этой системы сегментов.
Теперь определяем возможное желательное (для достижения целевого состояния ИЕМ – способности осуществить жизнеспасительный маневр под обозначенной угрозой) динамичное состояние сочетания осведомленности и побужденности.
Достижение возможного состояния зависит от качества (возможных параметров и уровней) Подсистемы разработки и оказания идеологического воздействия, прежде всего от того, какова развитость идеологического настроя участников Подсистемы. Инициирующая группа должна ясно представлять возможности участников Подсистемы и свои возможности в формировании их идеологической настроенности (осведомленности, умений, мотивированности).
Примеры параметров возможного жизнеспасительного маневрирования (только примеры):
- распределение бюджетов времени, трудоемкости, денег и т. д. между институциональной политикой, институациональной дипломатией, СМИ, «народной» дипломатией, министерством обороны, научными исследованиями и практическими действиями и т. д.,
- количества занятых в боевых действиях, транспорте, медобслуживании и т. д.,
- количества заблаговременно эвакуированных, количества запоздало эвакуируемых, количества воюющих кадровых, резервистов, партизан и пр., количества погибших разных категорий граждан, раненых и т. д.
- время задержки и уровень ослабления (уровни разного рода затрат) анти-«Западного» наката.
- размеры привлеченных внеизраильских бойцов и техники к соучастию в маневре,
- объем и эффективность привлеченной международной политической и деловой поддержки к маневрирующей ИЕМ,
И т. д.
Из представления о возможностях (компетентностях) Подсистемы разработки и оказания идеологического воздействия и о возможных параметрах динамики целевого состояния ИЕМассы – конкретизируется содержание намечаемых и осуществляемых Действий.
