I am here and now
at the seaside
contemplating the water,
looking at the green waves,
bearing foam,
looking like white shaggy lambs.
I am here and now
at the seaside
contemplating the sand,
smelling iodine in the air.
resulting from the dumps thrown ashore.
There are no people on the beach yet.
White wine is still cold in a bottle of brown glass.
I'm watching the sunset.
I feel my heart full of joy.
To be happy as simple and easy as breathing.
Just swim long from the shore until the lounger becomes a drop.
Turn your back and look at the clouds.
Look for signs on them, read them, understand their meanings,
and forget about them for a moment.
Because your heart sends waves to the universe.
Because the brain vibrates and emits both alpha and theta waves.
Eventually, you may feel euphoric.
But it doesn't matter.
Love life and find out that She loves you too.
She's eternal: She's been, She is and She'll be forever.
In fact, we, humans, once came out of the Primordial Sea
and we endlessly return there.
