EXTENSION OF THE AUTHORITIES OF MANAGEMENT TO THE LOWER LEVEL
In the book we are studying today, it is written that each plane of Existence has its own power potential and management is carried out from top to bottom, according to the magnitude of this potential, and the Administrative Apparatus distributes the above instructions and goals by Levels. The goal descended from Above forms at each Level private Management instances, which become the basis for developing a new quality for the general Volume. When transferring authority from a Higher Level, the execution time is set, that is, the degree of activity in the execution of the task by the Management Instance. When distributing powers, certain features of the structure of the Hierarchy are taken into account. For example, the Upper Levels are always more powerful and more dynamic in their manifestation than the Lower and Essences at the Upper Levels have a longer period of their development. Whereas the Middle (Central) Level has a dependence of the High order on the Upper one, because here many necessary characteristics have already been collected that are not below, but there are not enough quantitative energies of a higher order.
In the book, the Authors say that the lack of energies of the Higher Order, for the Essences of the Middle Level, is provided for by a special program to accelerate their development, that is, the Essences in their matrix have a set of energy indicators in such an amount that there is always less than the norm (because in increased requirements are laid down in the program), which stimulates Sutei to act. That is, the Essences of the Middle Level always have a development goal that orients it to endless improvement, through the desire to reach a higher Level each time. This is how the necessary energies are accumulated with some lack of them in the matrix of the Level and the Essence itself. This creates a dependence of the middle Level on the leadership of high Levels, and the fulfillment of what is supplied from Above is embedded in the nature of the Essences (submission to the Higher) and allows them to accumulate normative indicators. The law also says that at each Level the power of the law manifests itself in different ways and is determined by the "degree of naming ordinal concentrations", which distributes the measure of the influence of the law on the Lower Levels, while the higher the Level on the ladder of the Hierarchy, the greater the potential of its Control Instance . Thus the law binds together the Higher Levels with the Lower Levels. In the one-piece structure of God, such Control Instances of each Level form a network of Control, extending from top to bottom. The main meaning of the law is to manage all the structures in the Hierarchy, with a focus on the goals and needs of the Hierarchy itself, and the mechanism of work is the lack of quality characteristics, due to unfulfilled duties and the dependence of goals on higher structures.
The book gives an example of our development on Earth. Earlier it was said that our dimension is not yet included in the pyramid of God, remaining at the minus first Level of the negative system, and after passing through the program on Earth, in case of rising to the first Level (it is assumed that only 2% will rise), development programs will be drawn up, which will take into account the qualities developed earlier and the lack of what energies need to be replenished, that is, the Higher Control Instances will extend their powers lower, to the first Level of the Hierarchy, where new Souls will come. For 12% of Souls that will remain at the minus first Level of the Hierarchy, but will move to the next sublevel (6th race), new programs for incarnation will also be written based on the energy needs of the entire Universe.
Further in the law it is written that if we consider two adjacent Levels of Hierarchy, then they develop due to the progression of the Essences located on them. The Essence fills the cells of this Level with energy according to its program, changes itself qualitatively and changes the private volume of the Level. This is the interaction of the Essence with the environment and the principle of its improvement. But the program also includes unfilled or partially filled cells due to underperformance of duties that were included in the previous program. The same gaps exist in personal accumulations in the matrix of the Essence itself. After the end of the next program and upon reaching the normative indicators, the Essence is transferred to a higher Level, and gaps remain at the lower Level, which are charged with the responsibilities of finalization by this Level and is a priority task from the Higher Level. Apparently, these gaps are being improved due to the new Essences that have come to this Level.
And so, let's sum it up. There is a system of unfinished programs and unfilled cells of the matrix of both the Level and the Soul itself. The structure of the Essence matrix has a complex structure and, in my opinion, it is a cube consisting of a huge number of cells (the matrix is ;;voluminous). Some cells of this matrix are filled, but some are not. After numerological and astrological calculations, an approximate picture of this fullness is formed. Before each incarnation of the Soul, psychological settings (situations for passing) are laid in the development program, which are much higher than the indicators of the development of the Soul at the moment to be included in the process of its progression beyond its capabilities. For example, as in sports, everything is built on a huge motivation to achieve the goal. On a subtle level, the program adds additional cells to the structure of the Soul matrix and the Level itself, complicating the structure, and these cells are enough to complete the program with maximum efficiency, and if these cells are left empty, they become a motivation for further improvement. For example, if you bought a car, then sooner or later you will pass on the rights and buy gasoline in order to develop driving skills)))
One of the important factors that slows down the implementation of the program is the freedom of choice of a person. He often makes mistakes and deviates from the best path. The larger the angle of deviation, the less effectively the life program will be implemented. The energy allocated for the incarnation is wasted, but a certain experience is gained, which builds the individuality of each Essence. But this is not the only reason for not filling the cells of the matrix with normative indicators.
The program, logically, can be a limiting factor, but in fact, in the bulk of people do not reach even 50% of its capabilities due to laziness and lack of motivation. One of the important motivating factors should be the individual's awareness of the structure of the Universe, its laws, his place in it, as well as the laws of karma. I think that in the High worlds, if the embodied Essence made a request and was told about the possibilities of her program, then the next question would be: "How can I achieve maximum results?" Having received the answer to this question, the Essence will make a lot of efforts to achieve the goal. As happens on our minus one Level. More or less interested people make a forced march on fortune-tellers and astrologers, find out their achievements from a past life and the possibilities of this life, discuss it in the kitchen over a glass of beer and calm down. And if you suddenly tell someone in the context of a conversation about the structure of our Universe and the laws of karma, then the reactions are predictable. Basically: "Why do I need this nonsense." Therefore, the poor filling of the cells of the matrix in the development of Essences is also ensured by the degree of stupidity (inexperience).
Basically, people follow the path of least resistance, relying on those talents and abilities that they have developed in a past life. New qualities are developed without sports zeal, which means that there are many "debts" that go into further programs and get stuck at some Level or outright degradation. Such people from life to life are useful to the Hierarchy like batteries that produce low-frequency energies. And those few who work out their program by more than 50% move far ahead in the Levels, and then, indeed, some of the empty cells of the matrices become a motivator for further development.
On Earth, in our dimension, there are some Souls from different Hierarchical Levels, and during the transition to the subtle world they will take a position in accordance with the success of the incarnation program they have completed. The implementation of the program is important for everyone! Otherwise, if you lower the bar of your development, then you can slide down to the lower Levels. This opportunity exists for everyone. Probably, the Earth is such a testing ground, accommodating such losers too.
