THE LAW OF THE SUPREME HIERARCHICAL MANAGEMENT
From the book we learn that this law exists on the basis of the similarity of the worlds and forms in the general system of the Universe: the big is like the smaller, and the smaller is like even smaller, and so on, and therefore not a single form in the structure of the Universe exists on its own, but is connected with other forms by this principle, and also obeys the laws of the whole - the Absolute, which unites all forms in the Hierarchy. All private forms work for one goal and the Absolute directs both the whole process and the individual development of each Unit. But each goal of the Absolute is not abstract, but dictated by the needs of the Integral structure of development. The management structure, in turn, creates conditions for the fulfillment of the goals of the Absolute and forms possible options for the tasks set.
And further, the Authors say that this law works for any system in which mini-volumes exist in maxi-volumes, that is, for any one-piece organism consisting of particular forms and formations. The Law of the Highest Hierarchical Control is the Law of the Highest Order, therefore it stands at the top of any developing Absolute, and the orders go from top to bottom from the topmost state to all underlying particular forms. That is, any developing Integral structure has a Management system of power that manages everything, in a form subordinate to it. The pyramid of the Hierarchy, any Essence, the Soul of a person, and so on, can be the same Unified Structure with the Management System - they all have this structure, which is a part of their structure. For example, in a person, the Management Structure is located not in the brain, but in the subtle structures of the Soul. Such a management structure extends its power only to its personal form or volume, that is, it operates within the boundaries of its property. This legislative process acts on the capacities accumulated in the course of its development. When the goal setting is lowered from above, then for the Essences located above, it is obligatory for execution, and less duties and responsibilities are assigned to the lower ones. Because on the lower planes there is more freedom and less responsibility for the execution of an order, and they achieve their fulfillment more through coercive measures, and not through a sense of duty. Coercion is used only if the underlying Essence does not turn on the conscious factor, and the intended result must be achieved under any conditions.
As we learned earlier, each Level of the Hierarchy has its own power and qualitative composition, and the power potential descending from above is distributed according to the indicators of the Levels. This mechanism works automatically and the higher the Level, the more Divine energy it retains, and only a small part gets to the lower Levels. In the same way, the goal setting coming from the Management System from top to bottom is distributed by Levels. In this goal-setting transmission system, the law of orderliness and coordination of actions works in any own volume, that is, in the Higher Management System and in all lower Levels there is a special structure that is capable of transmitting and accepting these goal-setting orders.
"Any law must be assessed by the Higher structures, that is, it must be correctly assessed in its impact on other structures in order to properly regulate them, give instructions in a timely manner and carry out the necessary transformations in the entire One-Whole Organism" (L.A. Each Level has its own governing authority, the Management Structure of which includes Essences of the corresponding order, which are in charge of the main processes and embody the highest potentials of this Level.
This law is perfect in its constructive expression, representing a complex technological process that combines different matters, energies, Essences of different levels of development into a Single organism, contributing to its normal functioning and progression. This law creates a perfect form of Control, which connects private forms, makes them work in concert and leads to the infinite existence of this Volume of Nature.
The authors also say that the constructive perfection of the law is manifested both in the stimulation of development and in the manifestation of imperfection at each stage of development, which leaves the possibility for further progression when moving to the Higher Levels of the Hierarchy or other large volumes. That is, in this endless chain of development there are no boundaries either in this Hierarchy or in other formations of the Universe. The law does not imply the stages of limiting the extent, that is, limiting development, while maintaining and maintaining at the proper height the great opportunity of all living things - to develop indefinitely, being the driving force. The law acts on the entire system, which has stages of development, but is activated and transformed at the final points of passage. The end of progression in one state is the beginning of progression in another. The Law of Higher Hierarchical Management shows the ideal system of leadership for any organization, structure, form. The higher the consciousness, the higher the responsibility of a person or Essence, and the higher the indicators of spiritual development, the higher position these Essences or people should occupy.
In the real life of our world, minus the first Level of the Hierarchy, people often get into the Management part not by merit and level of development, but by acquaintance, social status, level of material wealth, and so on, and in the end, in all power structures, we can observe frank idiots who lead society to degradation. In such a society, people who have a sufficiently high level of development, consciousness and responsibility try not to go into power or management, because without the necessary social connections and big money, they can be extreme at any moment. In this upside-down world, such people with the right views on the world and the control system are criticized and ridiculed, while they are often called utopian thinkers, dreamers and try in every possible way to separate them from the general mass, because if people are aware of the illusion of reality, then it is more difficult for them will govern.
There is no nepotism in the Higher worlds, therefore all the Hierarchies, obeying the Higher laws, develop successfully. No matter how the negative system drives this world into darkness, God has his own methods, because the development of God is several times faster than the development of the Devil and, do not forget that positive energies are also several times more powerful than negative ones ... God, simply , expanded the energy possibilities of our dimension, raising all the characteristics by an order of magnitude higher, thereby, there was a restructuring of the structure of reality. Well, this transitional stage is shown in the film "Design". No matter what intrigues the negative system arranges, no matter what delusions people from the positive or neutral system have, the examination situation is the same for everyone - this is the level of your energy potential today. In this world, perhaps, the negative system will rule for a long time, but when moving to the next Level, it will not matter what position a person occupied in the physical world.
Each dimension has its own structure and it is similar to geometric shapes, which are united by the concept of sacred geometry. For example, Metatron is a mysterious figure. In our world, even just its shape, made of wire, gives energy. According to legend, Metatron is the Archangel of some dimension. So draw a conclusion about other complex geometric shapes.
It seems to me that the matrix of the Soul also complicates its structure during the transition to another dimension. In the movie "Conception" the indigo boy has already come with the necessary structure of his subtle bodies and with a program for implementation in 4 and 5 dimensions. Therefore, having gained knowledge from dark and light personalities, he so easily passed the Guardians when moving to a new world. In addition to a certain structure, the Soul matrix must have the necessary energy pumping, because, as we have studied today and already know from other articles, each Level of the Hierarchy has its own energy potential and must be matched to it. We were all gathered here during this difficult transitional time, so that everyone would have the opportunity to gradually increase the power of energy bodies and change the structure of the Soul.

Carlos Castaneda in his books showed us the same thing, only through the description of the practices of magicians, conveyed information through the word. Magicians have keys to doors to other realities.

In the same period, with magicians, I visited several times in the forest at places of power and I can say that everything described by Castaneda is possible, the only question is the level of magicians who can open the door to other realities. Tarkovsky was also a master at describing other dimensions. I highly recommend watching his films and art historians' comments on them carefully.
There can be rapid spiritual progress on Earth if a person wakes up in time during this game. The setting in the head changes - thoughts change - energies of a higher order are attracted - behavior and personal characteristics change - lifestyle changes - everything superfluous that takes energy is thrown away - structural and energy changes occur in the gross and subtle bodies - when the Soul passes into the subtle world there is an opportunity to move to a higher Hierarchical Level and the next incarnation will already be in the world with a higher level of development.
