The authors in their book [1] also say that the basis of contradictions is the expression of the Soul's protest against something in the surrounding world, because the situations it has experienced and the accumulation of certain types of energy in the matrix transform the inner state of the Soul and it looks at something in a new way. what surrounds her. Such a transformation is possible due to the triune structure of the matrix of the Soul - the oppositional system: positive and negative states, as well as the Controlling system over them, which contributes to progression. Indeed, thanks to the resolution of the contradiction, the positive and negative sides will receive "an appropriate share of energy-quality characteristics, which contributes to an increase in their energy potential" [1]. In the course of the "struggle" of these oppositions, there is a constant preponderance in one direction, then in the other until some firm convictions take the advantage, which means that one of the sides has accumulated more energy during the struggle and prevailed over some one. that time. This struggle leads to the accumulation of new qualitative energies in both systems and leads to a change in the qualitative basis of Essence as a whole. And the personality can become either positive or negative for a certain period. Such a struggle of opposites leads to a new way of understanding something and to new opportunities for realizing oneself in life. And which side wins in a person or Essence - positive or negative, this will be a new behavior and a new understanding of reality - if the base of construction has changed, then the structure itself will change. For this reason, we often see in life how human behavior at certain stages changes exactly the opposite.

In the course of these internal contradictions and the search for meaning, the potential of one of the parties increases and the Management part also increases its power (maybe it is the source of contradictions as an interested party))). This struggle is laid in the basis of the personality as a legislative process (a priori) and leads to the transformation of the Essence itself and the increase in the power of all three parts. At the same time, the positive or negative parts never occupy the entire volume - this is followed by the Management part, making amendments in time. Sometimes, for a very short period of time, an equal balance can be established between the positive and negative parts, but external stimuli upset the balance and cause the "balance pendulum" to swing, contributing to development. Equilibrium is sometimes restored for some specific conditions of the external environment of the individual, but these conditions are constantly changing and the correspondence between the internal state of the Soul and the environment is violated. An imbalance arises, leading to new contradictions that prevent the personality from standing still, stimulating it to perpetual motion. The triune basis of the construction of the Soul contributes to the collision of interests, which lead to a lack of constancy, the presence of initiative, because only a constantly dissatisfied person is able to improve the world around him according to the needs of his inner state. "And in this lies the eternal source of transformations of both the inner world and the outer" [1].
A lot of works in science have been written about the phenomenon of contradiction described above. Here I would like to recall the motivation of a person as a driving mechanism of development - it turns out that it arises from the cognitive dissonance of a person and the environment, and in the process of internal struggle and the search for meanings, a person forms a reason for himself for action and follows the chosen course. If we had an open spiritual vision, then we would see the qualitative accumulations of a person's Soul at the moment, as well as the quality of energies around him, and then the reason for his intuitive dissatisfaction with the situation would become clear. For example, a person has accumulated a lot of quality of love and understanding at a given moment in time, but interacting with a certain environment of people who in the same period of time outweighs the amount of energy of hatred or envy, the individual will feel the discrepancy between his personal accumulation (his state) and those of his partners ... And also, if you add the energy of the room, which is filled with heavy energies, then the personality, with an overwhelming amount of positive qualities, will feel cognitive dissonance and will face a choice: to run away to hell or seek compromises with partners, influencing the positive part of their Soul. There is also a variant of interaction - this is to descend to their level of development yourself and also begin to accumulate the energy of hatred and condemnation into the negative part of your matrix. If it was possible to positively influence the partners, then all the participants in the interaction filled their positive parts of the Souls with the energy of love and cooperation. Mentally, all participants can also fill the surrounding space with positive energy and peace and joy will reign for a while. From experience I can say that as soon as a positive and joyful person leaves this room, his negative opponents will suddenly come to their usual negative state and condemn their positive opponent without even realizing the reason for this behavior, because in their matrix the negative part outweighs positive and they see the world through the quality of these energies. Here, everyone's business is whether or not to accept a positive attitude. The choice of each Soul is which energies to accumulate and in which system of God to develop - positive or negative.
