Two sisters live in  a small town. Khadisha  is nearly ten years  old and  her younger sister Aisha is four years her junior. Aisha is always eager to play with her senior sister, especially in summer when it is so hot in the street and  lots ofchildren go to the sea. But Khadisha  considers  Aisha  to be small  and all the time finds something to do for herself as usually adults do. Either helps mother to wash up, or goes to the shop to buy books, or discusses films with father. She likes to write poems in her copybook for her dream is to become a poet. She often sits thoughtful thinking of new verses. Usually Aisha disturbs her asking to recite written lines.
- Please, read it— Aisha  has asked once.
- Well, listen but don’t ask me million questions as usual. Promise me so. Well I do, but is million so many?
- Is it as many as seeds in the glass?
-No, it’s much more—answered  Khadisha getting ready to recite.
- May be  the million is as many as matches in the box.
The senior sister was indignant:
- I haven’t begun to read any line yet  but you have asked million questions. --Don’t be strict. I have asked only two questions.
-Well, listen to the poem and she began to read:

Winking as an actress
Trying on mother’s shoes
I sat in front of glass
with hope of growing grass

-Wow, so cool!—exclaimed  Aisha clapping her hands
-Read more else!
-Listen further—continued  Khadisha so pleased by the praise.

Why are you gloomy my sister today
You aren’t so happy as were yesterday
I am afraid to discover my secret to all
It is hard to recover from the illness at all
My illness is higher than the heaven above
Uncertain to me, it is called my first love.

-Oh, sister, how did you do this?, -Junior said with delight.
-I swear I won’t tell anybody  about it.
-Who do you dedicate it to?—What is his name?—asked  Aisha  smiling  cunningly. Khadisha  quickly hides a copybook in her desk.
-It’s just a fantasy, there is no any boy—answered the senior sister. Suddenly  Aisha declared
-I also can write poems.
 - No you can’t,- Khadisha  objected .
- I can,-cried  Aisha loudly.
-Well, do it at once—Khadisha suggested laughing  lightly.
A minute later  a little girl pronounced :
In the yard I see a frog, it was eaten by  a dog.
--Ha, ha,- Khadisha  burst laughing  again.
-Why are you laughing?—Aisha offended.
- Let’s continue,  I am listening.—giggling asked senior sister.
Poor doggy is so fat  It is bitten by acat – a girl said proudly.
Ha—ha,- her senior sister laughed again.
-That’s all. I want to read a little. Go to watch TV. Don’t interfere me.
But her junior sister didn’t intend going away and answered a question
-Tell me how the sun appeared?
-So happened that a hen dropped an egg in the sky. The sun appeared from the yolk and the white of the egg turned into a cloud.—answered Khadisha.
- And what about the shell?  -Is it crumbled into the snow?
- Why should I know?—senior replied angrily.
-May be.
-What letter  means the word ‘’silence’’? -requested Aisha  again.
Khadisha took her sister’s hand and led her to the door.
-May be S.
Aisha mocking her senior sister pronounced
- S
-Don’t mock me, just smile ordered Khadisha strictly.
- Please, go to your room—asked her senior sister.
-Why do mother’s shoes have only one heels each
-It is more interesting if they have two,-Aisha went on laughing merrily.
-Well, when you  grow up  I’ll buy you with two angrily answered  her sister.
She closed the door and began reading. While reading through the door she heard her junior’s sweet voice:

I have a sister
I want to play
I have a kitten
It is so grey
I want to teach it to read and write
If it is possible it may recite.

With great effort  her senior sister give up laughing
It’s great happiness to have junior sister, even if sometimes she meddles me – thought Khadisha. At that time, behand the door she heard her junior’s jolly chattering.
