Make a Firm Commitment to Genuine Happiness

The first (and a very much obvious) rule for achieving genuine happiness (especially if it seems totally, completely, utterly and humanly impossible) is that you absolutely must want it more than anything else in your life. At all times.

In other words, you MUST (1) firmly believe that happiness is not everything – it is the only thing that really matters; (2) that it is therefore job #1 for you and your #1 objective in your life; and (3) make a firm commitment to achieve genuine happiness – no matter what.

That you will never abandon your objective; that you will never stop (let alone retreat); that – no matter what happens or does not happen – you will continue your pursuit of genuine happiness. And that you will focus on this all-important objective one hundred percent. At all times.

Call to Action: I want to be genuinely happy more than anything in my life. I am making a firm and unwavering commitment to genuine happiness and will remain focused on this all-important objective of mine at all times.
