The control system is multidisciplinary and there are many control methods. Not only individual components of the Hierarchy are checked, but also everything that exists and changes. Any processes and actions are also controlled so that the entire mechanism of the Unified Volume works in the best possible way.
The power of control is built on the high ability of the Essences (Souls) of the Hierarchy of Control to Self-Estimate what is happening and a high level of understanding. They have access to a wealth of information on regulatory processes and possible options for deviating from them. Possessing a powerful mechanism for evaluating any individual gives the Essences of Control precision in the actions of a controlled system, which ensures the power of global control. Souls that are in the Hierarchy of control are at its different Levels, possess different amounts of information of the corresponding plan and bear different degrees of responsibility for the work done. The higher the level of the Soul takes, the greater the responsibility. Control of the Higher Essences is a high Self-Consciousness and responsibility both for one's own development and for the development of those who come into contact with it. To fulfill its controlling functions, the Essence of Control merges with the consciousness of the subordinate during the period of guardianship and he becomes a part of it. The Controlling Essence develops itself and develops its ward. As the Higher Essences descend down the Hierarchical Levels, they acquire in their potential more and more forms of control.
From the lower Level of the Hierarchy to the middle, each Essence of Control acts independently and the Subordinate Essences obey it.
