Good day, Friends! I continue my interpretation of L.A. Seklitova and L.L. Strelnikova "Laws of the Universe". At the beginning of the first volume there is a chapter "A Message from the Great", where through the contactee Larisa Seklitova he is addressed to us by the One whom we call God, the Absolute, the Creator of the Hierarchy and our Souls. This message is a blessing to those who read it. I will cite here only an excerpt from this message, but I recommend that you read it in full: “This Information has a powerful energy. In the dictionary at the end of the book, the authors give the following definition of the Highest: "Personalities who are on the Level of development above the earthly plane and who govern the Earth and humanity. Usually the Highest are meant Essences (Souls) belonging to the first, lower, Level of Hierarchy, since it is they who are engaged in earthly plan ". At the same time, one should take into account that our world is at the minus first Level of the Hierarchy, and now its transition to a higher Level is taking place. All the works of L.A. Seklitova and L.L. Strelnikova reveal to us more widely known and assimilated by this moment knowledge about the Spiritual World, about its inhabitants and Creators. If earlier religions in a form accessible to human understanding conveyed complex concepts of higher Worlds in the form of legends, fairy tales, myths, and in a simplified way told about the structure of our world, then in the books "The Laws of the Universe" you will find a more complex, voluminous and correct description of the subtle world and phenomena that happen there.
The message says that the texts of the books are Divine revelation, which carries tremendous power, strength and knowledge. Through reading, everyone will feel a surge of Power and receive a certain amount of God's energy, depending on the level of spiritual development. It is also said that under the given conditions it is impossible for a person to fully fulfill the foundations of the Highest Morality on Earth, but it is recommended to move as much as possible the sinful barrier and try to open high needs in striving for the Highest, and not the Earthly.
Over the centuries, people have heard such calls from enlightened people, spiritual leaders and read in the scriptures, but at this stage of evolution this is not just a call, but an algorithm for survival and faster spiritual progression at a turning point in the development of human civilization. I think this is not just about rejection of sinful actions, but about a deeper immersion in the meanings of the Laws of the World Order and the importance of more effective inner work.
In the previous two laws, revealed to us by God, the process of embedding a separate Essence (Soul) into the general system of Hierarchy and the importance of each in the development of the entire system were described in detail. "After reading the book, feel the great difference between the past and the present understanding of the actual aspects of the position of this theory of existence, for this is the essence of your change, and therefore the progressive improvement of God himself, of which you are a part. In the light of such a call, the people of the sixth race are entrusted with a great responsibility for the quality and speed of improvement, since the structure in which development takes place and the importance of personal progression is shown in full. “So concentrate all your attention on understanding this book, for each of its words is a code for revealing the limits of the Great Truth, the energy of which is needed, first of all, for you as the Purpose of your formation and progressive existence” [1].
FUNCTIONING OF LAWS
In explaining this law, we read that everything that exists in the universe is created, improved, functions, governed by laws. Some of them are dominant, that is, they occupy general managerial positions, others are engaged in all kinds of constructions, and still others are in charge of the creation and development of all kinds of formations: animate constructions created by someone from the Higher; developing volumes that contain a certain structure; forms (external manifestation of any kind of existence); improve individuals and so on, but together they create a certain Hierarchy, each Level of which has a different functional orientation:
"1. Security generation - laws that protect the emergence of new formations within the Absolute.
2. Generation of construction processes - reproduction and construction of all kinds of structures necessary for the environment or life forms.
3. Generation of unity and cohesion - this dynamic is necessary, since any common Volume can exist and progress further only with the unification and cohesion of everything in the greater. There will be no unity - everything will fall apart.
4.Generation of conceptual relations - reproduction of a unified system of understanding in all spheres of activity, work towards a common goal.
5. Generation of ordinal relativity - the establishment of a certain sequence of the flow of processes in relation to the level of their power.
6. Generation of distributiveness - ensuring the distribution of life forms in the Hierarchy in accordance with the levels of their development.
7. Generation of accumulations, contents and preservation - progression always means the increment of the new, the renewal of the old, therefore laws are required. which regulate the reproduction of accumulations, the methods of their maintenance and preservation until the required moment "[1].
The book says that each individual Soul in the system of the Hierarchy is considered as a "micropotential processor", which basically contains all the future processes of the Absolute: the seed, which contains in encoded form all the processes of the future tree. All Souls are located on the Levels of the Hierarchy according to their level of development and carry out their own progression in the maximum volume of the Hierarchy. Such a Substantial form of the Absolute (a progressing Soul) unites in its volume all living things, creating a habitat and different worlds. God, the Absolute, sets the rhythm of movement for all processes of this Hierarchy and leads to common goals, regulating the order of movement by laws. The spiritual exploits of the great people of the past were precisely based on unconditional obedience to the laws of the Universe, which were revealed to people at that time. All scriptures are based on the description of the life of such people and how they managed to stay on the right path. The Absolute always puts down the shortest path of perfection by the Existing, but only a few manage to overcome it quickly.
According to certain laws, the construction of a single-integral Being (God, Absolute) is also carried out, which, being a highly organized matter, creates the Levels of Hierarchy, which are certain constructive structures located one after another. All Levels are interconnected by regularities and cannot exist separately, but together form a certain Volume, which is intended for the development of a certain energy potential. Levels designed for an infinite number of changes are systematically updated, but as a principle of distribution they remain constant.
The principles of building laws should be clear to us, because in our society they work according to the same principles, but they have a lower potential. For example, the law of any Hierarchical Level must express the strict execution of any actions or processes that express the interests and vital functions of the majority of Essences (Definition of the Essence taken from the dictionary of the book [1]: 1) Soul, individual, progression, denomination, personality, Unit, potential, 2) characteristic of the main texture of the construction, which has fundamental data for the implementation of a full-fledged process of progressive development. Each law has significant parameters and is subject to precise calculations. Also, each law remains unchanged during the period of existence. Laws each have their own power and are at the corresponding Levels of the Hierarchy.
At each Level of the Hierarchy, a balance of power relations between the legislative and executive entities is established, which leads to a balance between any Essence and the surrounding volumes. For Essence, an environment is created that will correspond to the forms, qualities, vibrations and other characteristics contained in it. And, in turn, the environment in which the Essence is located also shows the level of development of the Essence.
This suggests that each of us is at that time and in that place that corresponds to its inner content and contributes to the fastest possible spiritual improvement. As soon as the level of development of the Soul rises, then the Hierarchical Level at which it will pass its subsequent lessons also changes. Some contactees say that during the Council (the Judgment of God) after the transition of the Soul to the subtle world, it is deliberately pulled into the wheel of Samsara. In my opinion, if the level of awareness of Essence has reached the maximum possible limit in this world, then she will always see what is happening without distortion and make the right choice. And if Essence has unfinished programs or an insufficient level of awareness, then it easily falls into all kinds of traps and contracts with lower beings. For example, developing his inner vision, a person, to a certain degree of trance, can see what is happening on the subtle plane around him. It can affect what is happening and the situations on the physical plane will change. The accumulation of the necessary energies in the matrix of the Soul leads to its qualitative change and transition to a higher level of the Hierarchical system of the Absolute. How the negative system of God contracts can be seen in the example of the bacchanalia taking place at the moment with the vaccination of the population. There is a lot of information about the content of the vaccine and the purpose of its distribution, but there are people who believe false media information and sign a contract by injecting themselves with a chip. Due to this, they will go through incarnations for several lifetimes on the minus first Level of Hierarchy until they "enjoy" material benefits.
The order to enforce the law must be more powerful than the enforcement. When the Essence obeys the action of a law, then it includes this law in its structure and begins to behave automatically, as the law dictates. The function of the law merges with the inner understanding of the Essence. The higher the awareness of Essence, the more conscious merging with the function of the law occurs and it more deeply understands the rules of behavior in the general system of Hierarchy. The action of low-potential laws decreases and the action of high-potential laws increases. This process takes place in the Soul from incarnation to incarnation. Surely, you caught yourself thinking that you are observing many laws not out of fear of imminent punishment, but because there is an inner understanding of the need to comply with them. You just cannot do otherwise. And when you are told about high-potential laws that are new to you, but which will benefit many people, then you observe them out of love and mercy towards others, and not out of herd feelings. This is precisely the merging of the function of the law with the inner understanding of the Soul.
By increasing the "conscious principle of progression" of the Essence (Soul), the laws themselves improve, increasing their "coefficient of progression". The uniqueness of the Hierarchical laws consists precisely in the ability to enter into the interior of the Essence forms (Soul), changing their structure and at the same time becoming more accurate and perfect in its further development.
This is a rather complex evolutionary process that requires a lot of time (many incarnations of the Soul), therefore the laws of the Hierarchy act most effectively only on a small part of progressing Souls, for which movement in life is associated with legalized actions at this stage of formation. "Higher personalities, upon reaching a certain level of development, take care of their own progress, they themselves choose the paths of further growth and obey completely different laws of existence, since they have reached superconsciousness and therefore use the corresponding normative indicators" [1].
If we descend into the reality that surrounds us and try to comply with the laws of society, morality and ethics that have developed today, then we will face a lot of contradictions. Every day, more and more antihuman laws are adopted in governing bodies, corruption has blossomed in full bloom, lies at all levels of government, among people, a complete fall in morals and the norm is that for which, after the transition to the spiritual world, inevitable retribution will follow. How can one come nearer to the fulfillment of spiritual laws under such conditions? Many of us incarnated in this unjust world during such a difficult transitional period, because we ourselves were in power in our last incarnation, had wealth, fame, wrote unjust laws or violated moral norms, but apparently, in that incarnation, everything got away with, The laws of karma cannot be bypassed, by hiring a deceitful lawyer who can take a bribe to a judge or change the essence of the law during a trial, thanks to which a criminal will be released. Therefore, none of the incarnate receives an unjust life program - everything is fair and natural.
Many of us tolerate "injustice" here in order to develop certain qualities into the matrix of the Soul - patience, mercy, to learn selfless service to other people, to moderate pride, and so on. And, often going through very difficult tests, try to comply with the laws. In this world, this is a really difficult task, but the bonuses will be great too. Probably, there are many examples in your life when you acted according to the law, according to your conscience and, having passed a number of tests, received a result that was many times higher than expected.
I think that the Highest in this chapter explained to us in great detail and deeply the essence of the functioning of laws in order to launch in our consciousness certain mechanisms of understanding the processes taking place. Thus, they more clearly showed the purpose and meaning of cultivation. I am sure that few will understand, but even if a few, who have read this article to the end, begin to study the Laws of the Universe and try to follow them, then this will be a big step forward for our society.
