Unconstitutionality of power in the Russian Federa

Саша Акимов 610
The situation from my complaint to the ECHR: The court in the criminal case against me was appointed in violation of the Constitution of Russia. The criminal law that was applied in the case against me was adopted in violation of the Russian Constitution.
This follows from the following:
Judges in Russia are appointed by the President of Russia by his decree. However, these decrees are not legally binding. Insofar as the President of Russia is not a formed body of power, which does not have the right to make any decisions before it is formed. Hence, any of his actions and decisions are contrary to the Constitution of Russia. Since, according to the foundations of the Constitution of Russia, the principle of separation of powers is established, and any body of power should be attributed to a specific branch of government when formed. However, the President of Russia is not assigned to any branch of power by the Constitution of Russia, therefore, he is not formed from the point of view of the principle of separation of powers. As a general rule, the president of Russia could be attributed only to the executive branch of power, but this did not happen. The president cannot exercise his powers in a particular branch of government and in any of the branches of government until he is assigned to any of them.
The criminal law that was applied against me has not entered into force. Since the laws come into force after being signed by the president, and the president's signature under this law has no legal effect on the justification from the previous paragraph.
My right has been violated in accordance with article 6, paragraph 1 of the Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms to a fair trial, which was created on the basis of law. Although the court was appointed by a presidential decree on the basis of law, this has no legal force, since it contradicts the foundations of the Russian Constitution, as follows from the substantiation of the facts above. In Russia there is not and has not been a legitimate court in the last 20 years.
