Is there life on Mars?

Çàìèð Îñîðîâ
If we for more than a hundred years’ have been interested “Is there life on Mars?”  - for the Martians, looking at their telescopes in our direction, were much more interested the question “Have the people there brain at all?”

They didn’t understand, why people on Earth have been putting off so long  one of the  essential  task for the planet's survive - the building and bringing in the exploitation that  railway that would link together two most populated continents,  two energy centers of this planet?

The Martians were much more ancient than Earthlings, their civilization belonged to a higher class, therefore the problems that interested them were much more significant, serious, while among humans most of their so-called "complex problems" were simply sucked from fingers, as result of personal emotions, resentment and selfishness and unwillingness to solve them. It was customary for people to quarrel and bite over and over absolute trifles - few people were interested in using resources and developing them, but everyone wanted to own them. And there were so many resources on the planet that it would be more than enough for everyone for active and complete using them and there would still leave thousands of times more resources on Earth and  in addition to the unlimited space and eternity around them to boot and use, if  these earthlings only  knew how to negotiate and work with each other.

The inhabitants of the Red Planet were not like that and the conditions in which the Martians lived were thousands of times more scarce and harsher compared to earthly ones - therefore they were always busy looking for new types of energies and ways of survival. They received hundreds of times less light and heat from the Sun, their atmosphere was hundreds of times less denser, thinner than on Earth, and the temperature on the surface of Mars was much colder than even in the coldest places on Earth - at its poles.

But the Martians were such an advanced civilization that they learned to master the subtle, delicate forms of cosmic energies, about which very little people knew or even had no idea at all.
  That is why the Martians were interested in the development of life, peace, prosperity and progress on Earth, because it created streams of energies that had a beneficial effect on Martian civilization too, despite the great distances between two  neighboring planets.

They knew a lot about the nature, origin and infrastructural development of these energies, therefore the Martians were much more interested than even our most advanced experts, economists and politics in the progress of terrestrial civilization.

 One of the most crucial projects for planet Earth in the last two centuries has been the construction of a transcontinental railway between Asia and Europe along the shortest route, through a mountainous country called Kyrgyzstan, but this trespath had been unforgefully locked so long, despite  the long-built railways infrastructures on both sides from this country - so long has been separated from each other, mainly for political reasons and human stupidity.

And they could not understand why mankind has been dragging so long with these works? This road could have been built more than 100 years ago, when a dense railway network was already laid in Asia and Europe, and even much earlier, 150-200 years ago, when the era of industrialization began in Europe and America. Even then, human civilization, if they had the mind of the Martians, the first thing they did was build this railway, connecting together the future of Asia with the future of Europe, combining their destiny and energy.

But why did the Martians care so much about this project?
Because they know what Earthlings do not know  - this shortcut and wormhole  played a key role in the distribution of the most important earthly and cosmic energies and being ignored so long, produced lot of  local and global distortions.

Local and global countries  and their leaders could not understand at all - why was this planet so divided and suffering from disunity?
If they saw, as Martians could see, the energy flows penetrating the globe, where their main routes passed, they would quickly fix global congestion, overlaps, locks, closures on the path of these energies - and the living conditions on the planet began to change rapidly for the better.

However, the planetary consciousness of earthlings was too weakly developed, not to mention to cosmic and energetic thinking and reasoning's. Only some people sometimes guessed about the deep roots of the main problems  of planet,  and they trying to do  right proposals and steps which were rejected and ridiculed by the majority, like empty fantasies.

Local and global leaders have suffered from a dead end, limited or deeply divided opposing consciousness,  which lead to an equally limited and conflicting lifestyle. Therefore, it was so difficult for earthlings to agree on any issue and problem, when it was required to find a solution that would be beneficial for both parties. And the building this crucially important iron road, which combined the main energy and transport flows of the two continents, was moving so slowly towards its completion, and disputes over its construction dragging on and on for a whole century.

Almost everyone understood that this road would bring prosperity and a lot of money and opportunities to the entire region and the world, but almost everyone feared for various reasons that this road at this stage would only bring harm and suffering.
The Kyrgyz authorities and their leaders and a significant part of the public were afraid that if this road is built and starts to work, then:

1. The route will be quickly captured by global and regional leaders, and small countries and peoples located along this route will get almost nothing or even will be completely enslaved;
2. When enormous opportunities open up and huge flows of goods pass through Kyrgyzstan through both sides, all these enormous benefits will be seized by greedy oligarchs, who had previously mercilessly robbed country, its gold, hydro-power and other natural resources;
3. Local people have lived in isolation for so long that they could not even imagine that one day the West and East would open their doors wide before them. They were afraid of such a prospect more than death - afraid not only of greedy invaders and colonialists, but also of their citizens, who could scatter in all directions when they saw and understood, how wonderful life is beyond their previous obscurity - in the East and the West and how poorly they had lived all these years in this isolation.
4. Who will then work as a shepherd, to graze cattle,who will baked  bread and grow it, who will plant cotton, melons and watermelons, if tens and hundreds of thousands of people get the opportunity to travel the world? There were many in the country and the region who deliberately not wanted the Kyrgyz and other residents of the region to join with world civilization, so that they could have more free and cheaper access to them, travelling by large groups in train to Japan or European countries.  It seemed them in that case no one will want to live and stay in Kyrgyzstan if the doors were wide open to outside. They wanted only for own - for the clean  and subtle elite - to have access to such trips and opportunities,  flying on airplanes to the developed countries -  all ordinary citizens, instead of wandering around the world, must work more and harder, staying in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan or another country in the region. Who,then, will work with a shovel in the garden, grow bread, clean up trash, repair roads, educate the mind, in the end, children, if everyone can freely make a tour to Japan and America with this cheap trains? At the same time, they do not understand that precisely because of the absence of this railway line, agriculture and all other types of activities and industry in the region could not rise to the world level.

Global leaders and progressive countries understood the importance of this road and supported it. But they were opposed by global leaders and countries that did not want their peoples to join global values. They, too, were afraid that with the advent of this route, their money, power, influence, people and entire countries and regions could escape from their influence. If everyone becomes like Singapore, as smart, educated and prosperous as the people of this country, who will obey them and to whom they will sell own goods, capable to compete with the best manufacturers in the world?
However, they did not understand that the rise of the entire region would affect them in the most positive way and can help them to be update and going in foot with  the world progress.

In a word, Kyrgyzstan and the entire Central Asian region had to get out of this geopolitical impasse as soon as possible and by all means become one of the key economic and political centers of influence on this planet, and then there would be a long-awaited balance in the world and there would be more peace and stability. And even the conditions for the survival of life on Mars would improve, thanks to the strengthening of positive cosmic flows and energies.
The Martians knew for sure that if this route had been laid and started operating at the beginning of the 20th century, then there would have been not only the First World War, but also the Second World war and other formidable disasters on this planet not to be happened.

But even by the beginning of the XXI century this road was not built: everything was drowning in endless discussions and disputes, very often from scratch, which dragged on for two long decades.

In a word, life on Mars now may already be gone and for this tragic fact of our cosmic history, of course, if it happened, the Kyrgyz people and leaders will be primarily blamed, who so long have been dragging on this project, particularly  the Kyrgyz, who live in the beginning of this XXI century.
Our whole planet is responsible for the salvation of Martian civilization, and our country specifically, located in the very center of Eurasia, and through which the iron roads and bridge between Asia and Europe cannot be created so long and delayed again and again - for the last 100 years -  of course our generations  has a major responsibility for these huge distortions of streams of earthly and cosmic energies, which inducing so many sufferings and cataclysms everywhere on Eearth and beyond it.
