Six days later.

After a week of rest, I’m coming back to work. This week, I did lots of silly things procrastinating from morning to evening and escaping any routine. I even ceased my self-talks breaking a sequence of more than a 100-day consistency. This is funny, and I can’t say that I fully understand what caused this behavior. I certainly was overburdened. Moreover, this dream journal, and studying Chinese, and who knows what else, brought back the bloody tinnitus.
Although I said that this week was dedicated to resting, it wasn’t a real rest. I played chess for 5-10 hours a day, so my mind was engaged in a highly intensive intellectual activity. However, because it was amusing and my stream of consciousness got some freedom, I’d like to call it "rest."
Now, I’m ready to move on. There are some problems with my health, which was ignored for quite a long time, so first of all, I need to fix that. I have less energy than I used to have the last half a year. Maybe recovering the daily counting of my well-being is gonna be helpful? Now it’s somewhere around 68. Can I increase it to 75?
