of Kyrgyz medicine in numbers of dry statistic

Analysts of Public Fund "Борьба за мир" (The struggle for Peace) drew attention to the statistical mortality curve in Kyrgyzstan over the past 15-20 years, which bear the traces of selfless work and reforms by Kaldarbek Abdramanov and ex-Minister of Health Talantbek Batyraliev.
From the very year that Abdramanov was elected as director of the states surgery clinic in Bishkek (НИИХСТО) in 2005 and up to 2011, mortality from cardiovascular diseases in Kyrgyzstan has been steadily declining, largely as a result of the steady increase in the number of heart surgeries and their quality. This trend has been traced for all 6 years.
Thus, statistical data indicate that it was thanks to the successes in cardiac surgery and in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, starting since 2005, we managed to overcome the long cycle of high mortality in the country, due to long chains of economic failures and ugly experiences of the first 15 years of Kyrgyzstan as the independent country.

It is interesting that after the illegal dismissal of Abdramanov from the post of director of НИИХСТО in 2011, a year later, according to the results for 2012, there was again beginning increase in mortality rate.
But this fall was overcome after Abdramanov began to spin up the work of the southern states cardiovascular clinic, founded by him. The situation turned out to be favorable when Talantbek Batyraliev, a long-standing partner in medicine, appointed as the Minister of Health in November 2014.
As a result, four years
2015, 2016, 2017, 2018
marked by a remarkable and consistent decrease in mortality in Kyrgyzstan. What can not be said about 2019, an year after dismissing Batyraliev.

Some conclusions:
It is obvious that in medicine the role of the individual can play the same big role as in modern football, where victory depends on a well-coordinated game and on the presence of stars.
We are far from asserting that it was Abdramanov who single-handedly contributed to a decrease in the mortality curve in the country.
But we must keep in mind two decisive factors:
Firstly: it is diseases of the cardiovascular system that make a 50 percent contribution to mortality rates worldwide and in our country.
Secondly: professor Kaldarbek Abdramanov is the number one heart surgeon in the country, while Talantbek Batyraliev is certainly one of the best cardiologists at this time.
And while both of these experts are outstanding organizers.
The joint work of these aces in those three years when Batyraliev was the Minister of Health, and Abdramanov was busy rescuing patients in the southern cardio surgical clinic had affected substantially the mortality curve in Kyrgyzstan.
Batyraliev also has a great merit in the establishment of cardio-surgery clinic in Bishkek.

Kyrgyz authorities should involve two of these prominent specialists in the country, who have been exposed for many years unjustified criticism, attacks, pressure from the medical elite, authorities, individual deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.

We wrote many times that dismissal of Minister Batyraliev (he worked in this position for only three years) was a mistake, which had a heavenly tall to out medicine as well as the illegal dismissal of Abdramanov from the head of surgical clinic in Bishkek in 2011.
If our first-class specialists were treated with firm respect, instead of organizing information campaigns against them to discredit them, to bombard them with endless checks, would be easier for everyone to live and work in this country.
And dry statistics indicate every year will saved the lives of hundreds and thousands of our citizens.
