К одному из проектов посмотрел множество еврейских сообществ Америки. Попытался определить характерные группы сообществ и цели их активности.
Это дает возможность подступиться к анализу того, как активность этих сообществ соотносится с предполагаемой мною объективно обусловленной целью израильского еврейского сообщества. Для условий смертельной угрозы маломерному Государству Израиль при нарастании противоборства цивилизационных гигантов.
Цели ИЗРАИЛЬТЯН, как населения островка «западной цивилизации» в глубине цивилизационно враждебного мира:
А) отстаивать существование Государства Израиль в пределах общих интересов «западной цивилизации»;
Б) побуждать и организовывать военное соучастие «Запада» в защите территории Израиля - до пределов, определенных политико-военным руководством «Запада» при соучастии израильского политико-военного руководства;
В) своевременная и обустроенная эвакуация невоенного населения Израиля при неизбежности временной сдачи территории иноциаилизационному противнику.
Мотив, побуждающий израильтян к такому ощущению и осознанию целеполагания:
сохранить нынешнее Государство Израиль - государство, созданное внутренне разнородной «западной цивилизацией» при использовании борьбы европейских евреев за выживание под гибельным нацистским давлением. На крайний случай: сохранить еврейское израильское сообщество для восстановления Государства Израиль после временной сдачи территории иноциаилизационному противнику.
По критерию «уровень охвата интересом и пониманием системы перспектив развития международных отношений, включая судьбу Израиля» я определил три характерные группы сообществ Америки:
1. Еврейские Федерации американцев-выходцев из Ирана. Наиболее образованные, высоко замотивированные, с высокими статусными позициями в деятельностной сфере Америки. Они ощущают себя американцами и существенных «родственных» чувств к израильтянам и Государству Израиль не переживают.
Побудительный мотив Миранск в отношении к проблеме выживания израильтян под угрозой нарастания межцивилизационного противоборства - чтобы американцы не погибали в далеких от американской территории конфликтах.
Цель Gиранск - пусть далекие народы вдали от Америки, своими усилиями и жертвами, в как можно большей степени, сдержат и ослабят военную угрозу, приближающуюся к Америке.
Соответственно, направленность активности этих сообществ Aиранск:
- развитие своей дееспособности (образованность, деловая состоятельность, внутренняя консолидация, лидерство);
- развитие влияния и влияние на американское руководство и общественность
2.Среда сообществ светски высокообразованных, занимающих высокие статусные позиции в своих профессиональных средах
(наука, медицинская практика, художественное творчество, университетское преподавание, ...). Условно обозначу их - «интеллектуалы».
Мотивы М: побужденность к профессиональной самоактуализации и самореализации.
Цели G - интенсивная самоактуализация в поле ПРОЯВЛЕНИЙ столкновения антагонистических интересов политических сил, без затрагивания корневой зоны антагонизма.
Активность - поддержка феминистского движения, проблемы профилактики и лечения специфических заболеваний лиц с нестандартной сексуальной ориентацией...
3.Обширная и тоже активная группа, отличающаяся более скромным светским образованием, но ведущая интенсивную деятельность по поддержанию в еврейской обывательской среде Америки традиционных религиозных и бытовых форм проживания. Активно распространяет работу такой направленности в израильскую среду, главным образом в среду воспитания молодежи, обделенной возможностями светской жизни.
Примеры таких сообществ:

- Jewish Community Foundation of Greater MetroWest NJ
- Greater Miami Jewish Federation in Florida …………………..
Побудительные мотивы М:
- ощущение и сознание общности с евреями Израиля;
- убежденность в назначении евреев соблюдать традиционные нормы еврейского поведения - через еврейское обучение и воспитание.
Цели G - поддерживать обучение и воспитание израильских евреев до освоения традиционных норм еврейского поведения, включая моральную и поведенческую подготовленность к жертвенной борьбе с агрессором любого масштаба
Деятельность этих трех групп американских еврейских сообществ осуществляется в контексте общеамериканской жизни. Я попытался определить мотивы и цели американцев-неевреев и управленческого ядра в американской международной деятельности- Госдепартамента.
Цель американцев-неевреев: пусть далекие народы вдали от Америки, совими усилиями и жертвами, в как можно большей степени сдержат и ослабят военную угрозу, приближающуюся к Америке.
Побудительный мотив, предопределивший такое ожидание американцев-неевреев от внешней политики своего государства - чтобы американцы не погибали в далеких от американской территории конфликтах.
Госдеп США, как представляется, побуждаем таким же мотивом - чтобы американцы не погибали в далеких от американской территории конфликтах.
Мотив порождает целеполагание - пусть народы, далекие от Америки, своими усилиями и жертвами, в как можно большей степени, задерживают и ослабляют военную угрозу, приближающуюся к Америке.
Такая цель осуществляется в комплексе прагматических подцелей:
пц1.Настраивание израильского населения ждать главного - а не прокси - нападения иноцивилизационного гиганта,
пц2.Постановка боеспособных израильтян в ситуацию неизбежности последнего смертельного сражения с авангардом основных сил другой цивилизации,
пц3.Предоставление невоенного израильского населения (включая "репатриированных" американских евреев) под расправу бандам иной цивилизации,
пц4.Предоставление возможности американским добровольцам для присоединения к еврейским боевикам Израиля,
пц5.Обеспечение Израиля материальными ресурсами, в оптимальном количестве, для противодействия врагу до последнего боеспособного израильского бойца.
пц6.Оптимальное содействие эвакуации полезной части мирных жителей с территории, захваченной иноцивилизационным гигантом на пути к битве с основной частью "западной" цивилизации.
Я показал схему целей Фигуре из поля американского посольства в Израиле; когда Фигура увидела мою версию цели Госдепа, напряглась и мимикой дала понять, что обсуждать ТАКОЕ со мной - ““нерелевантно””.
Проблему жизнеспасительной стратегии Израиля я рассматриваю с 2013 года. В частности, в сборнике "Силен ли Израиль".
Воздерживаюсь приводить точные указания, с кем удалось обсудить прорабатываемую мною проблематику и в каких мероприятиях проучаствовал. Приходится учитывать вороватость, нередко - открыто наглую, которая имеет место в геттообразной среде бывших советских ученых и специалистов, неинтегрировавшихся в израильскую деятельностную среду.

=== The structure of the American Jewish mass by the direction of motives ===
For one of the projects I've observed the set of Jewish communities in America. I tried to determine the characteristic groups of communities and the goals of their activity.
This makes it possible to approach the analysis of how the activity of these communities correlates with the objectively determined goal of the Israeli Jewish community that I assume. For the conditions of a deadly threat to the small State of Israel with the growing confrontation of civilizational giants.
The goals of the Israelis as the population of an island of "Western civilization" in the depths of a civilizationally hostile world:
A) to defend the existence of the State of Israel within the common interests of "Western civilization";
B) to encourage and organize the military complicity of the "West" in the defense of the territory of Israel - to the limits determined by the political and military leadership of the "West" with the complicity of the Israeli political and military leadership;
C) timely and well-equipped evacuation of the non-military population of Israel in the event of the inevitability of the temporary surrender of the territory to enemy.
The motive that motivates Israelis to such a feeling and awareness of goal-setting:
to preserve the current State of Israel - a state created by an internally heterogeneous "Western civilization" using the struggle of European Jews for survival under the disastrous Nazi pressure. As a last resort: to preserve the Jewish Israeli community for the restoration of the State of Israel after the temporary surrender of the territory to a foreign enemy.
According to the criterion "the level of coverage of interest and understanding of the system of prospects for the development of international relations, including the fate of Israel," I identified three characteristic groups of American communities:
1. Jewish Federations of Americans from Iran. The most educated, highly motivated, with high status positions in the activity sphere of America. They feel like Americans and do not experience significant "kindred" feelings for Israelis and the State of Israel.
The motive of M(iranians) in relation to the problem of the survival of Israelis under the threat of an increase in inter - civilizational confrontation is so that Americans do not die in conflicts far from American territory.
The goal of G(iranians) is to let distant peoples far from America, with their efforts and sacrifices, to the greatest extent possible, contain and weaken the military threat approaching America.
Accordingly, the focus of the activity of these communities is A(iranians):
- development of their legal capacity (education, business solvency, internal consolidation, leadership);
- development of influence and influence on the American leadership and the public
2. The environment of highly educated secular communities that occupy high status positions in their professional environments
(science, medical practice, artistic creativity, university teaching,...). I will conditionally designate them as "intellectuals".
Motives of M: motivation for professional self-actualization and self-realization.
Goals G - intensive self-actualization in the field of MANIFESTATIONS of the clash of antagonistic interests of political forces, without affecting the root zone of antagonism.
Activity - support of the feminist movement, problems of prevention and treatment of specific diseases of persons with non-standard sexual orientation...
3. An extensive and also active group, characterized by a more modest secular education, but leading intensive activities to maintain traditional religious and everyday forms of living in the Jewish philistine environment of America. Actively distributes the work of this orientation to the Israeli environment, mainly in the environment of educating young people deprived of the opportunities of secular life.
Examples of such communities:

Motivations M:
- a sense and consciousness of community with the Jews of Israel;
- the belief in the appointment of Jews to observe the traditional norms of Jewish behavior - through Jewish education and upbringing.
The goals G are to support the education and upbringing of Israeli Jews until they master the traditional norms of Jewish behavior, including moral and behavioral readiness for a sacrificial struggle against an aggressor of any scale
The activities of these three groups of American Jewish communities are carried out in the context of pan-American life. I tried to determine the motives and goals of non-Jewish Americans and the managerial core in American international activities - the State Department.
The goal of non-Jewish Americans is to let distant peoples far from America, with their efforts and sacrifices, as much as possible contain and weaken the military threat approaching America.
The motive that predetermined such an expectation of non-Jewish Americans from the foreign policy of their state is that Americans do not die in conflicts far from American territory.
The US State Department seems to be motivated by the same motive-so that Americans do not die in conflicts far from American territory.
The motive generates goal-setting - let the peoples far from America, by their efforts and sacrifices, delay and weaken the military threat approaching America to the greatest extent possible.
This goal is implemented in a set of pragmatic sub-goals (пц-s):
пц 1. Setting up the Israeli population to wait for the main thing - and not for a proxy attack by a foreign civilization giant,
пц 2. Putting combat-ready Israelis in a situation of the inevitability of the last deadly battle with the vanguard of the main forces of another civilization,
пц 3. Providing the non-military Israeli population (including "repatriated" American Jews) for the punishment of gangs of another civilization,
пц 4. Providing an opportunity for American volunteers to join the Jewish militants of Israel,
пц 5. Providing Israel with material resources, in an optimal amount, to counter the enemy to the last combat-ready Israeli fighter.
пц6. Optimal assistance in the evacuation of a useful part of civilians from the territory captured by the inocivilization giant on the way to the battle with the main part of the "Western" civilization.
I’ve shown the scheme of goals to the Figure from the field of the American Embassy in Israel; when the Figure saw my version of the goal of the State Department, it tensed and made it clear by mimicry that it was “irrelevant“ to discuss SUCH a thing with me.
I have been considering the problem of Israel's life-saving strategy since 2013. In particular, in the collection "Is Israel strong?".
I refrain from giving exact instructions with whom I was able to discuss the issues I was working on and in which events I participated. We have to take into account the thievery, often openly brazen, that takes place in the ghetto-like environment of former Soviet scientists and specialists who have not integrated into the field of Israeli real activity.
