But you can’t buy a house for a penny ...
Of course, they don’t buy real estate for a penny, but you can buy business waste of wood, which is the sea around me, I live in Fanipol, near the industrial zone, they don’t know where to put the irrevocable containers, in the worst case they sell for firewood, and at best they pay for export. In general, over the summer I saved up a few cubic meters of decent boards from which you can really put together anything from birdhouses to household buildings, there are always buyers for this.
True, it’s hard for me to put together these buildings, but the assistant will have to pay.
So I propose to implement an excellent investment project.
The essence of the project is to build houses like summer cottages on wastelands along railways and highways, to set up small beds near them and provide logistics, since mobile communications now work well.
For the summer, everyone can be invited to these houses who are not averse to feeding on vitamins from the garden and working on haymaking; the house will pay off for the season, as the neighboring collective farms will gladly pick up hay. In addition, there is one category of consumers who really need this project, these are foreign students who study in Belarus. Today they live in very cramped conditions, five people in a room, save on everything, because you have to pay for study.
And if this student had such a house, he would save on paying for dorms and meals, and after graduation, he would sell his house.
By the way, in the UK, housing for students is considered a very profitable investment.
And all this will be called "Belarusian Metro."
I foresee a logical question:
Well, what is the benefit to the investor from that house?
I think the benefit can be from 100 to 200 percent per year, in other words, the ruble invested today turns into a dollar, or even two in a year. Plus, cheap real estate remains at the disposal of the investor, and demand is like hot cakes.
