The new train test route to Lipetsk
I just saw a video of Pavel Diachenko, on his
Channel Pasha Diachenko on Youtube
about
the First testing trip
of the new modern Russian local train
to Lipetsk town in Russia.
There is a nice video to see it, the interesting.
I like this
so economical
but so ergonomically comfortable
new modern design of new Russian local train
to sit down as a passenger
in this new modern Russian train
to enjoy a comfortable journey,
and as for me, particular,
- oh! there are so nice big glass windows
and This so Beautiful Wonderful Word !
are presented themselves
for our vision!
The Russian nature
is so natural beauty mix of flowers,
all types of wild flowers,
green grass, green trees,
rivers,
with plenty places to calm down own soul
by the look of a fresh purest water
in rivers
and
by a huge range of all amethysts
of brilliant water drop diamonds of
the local atmosphere
of Russian nature,
a early morning water drops on green leaves, flowers, twigs
and an accompanied songs of the Nightingale, a larks, sparrows
in forests and garden parks.
The local authority of Lipetsk District, Lipetsk Province, have presented the free gift opportunity to try a new Russian train, and the fist testers of their local idea to improve the life of locals.
The author of video Mr. Pavel Diachenko, the local blogger,
was on the board of this new route, in a new Russian train, filming local events for the curiosity and for reports of the local history events.
So, the new route , the new train , all this just have opened by Local Council Authorities, - you may look Local Council Authorities, Councils, also on this 1st testing new technology local historical trip.
You may see a new values of life presented in this video from Russia
as attempts to make a comfort of life, the safety, the value of children and their parents.
Some things would be nice to improve, to work on this, spending more money from a budget, on improves to have much better place with better values:
- the safe border of playground inside the Lipetsk train station making children not to leave this place on own as not installed yet
-- the sand container, keeping children busy to build sand Castles
- the green areas improve (containers with small trees, bushes, flowers)
- some emergency lights and lights stands, making changes to a special evenings
The sound level inside of the new Lipetsk train station looked as much too loud , noisy and uncomfortable for ears, - i would had a headache.
But such things are usual things, to look for a problems, to make plans how to sort out and avoid all,
- so, just a time and money and efforts to solve how to do a sound level inside a train station more comfortable
--- probably, some idea to stop sounds waves and echo
by designed borders and by using of special materials and technology.
- or the use some "netting" net fabric as borders reducing echo
By the safety, i think this is not safe to have plenty huge electric lamps so highest on a ceiling
- Look, a glass lamp is a glass lamp, - it may dropped down, from so highest distance to kill people, children on the ground easily as an accident or in case or terr acts-wars-shooting.
The famous case of noise level which demolished a bridge across the river
by just the sound of soldiers on their march, - the sound demolished the bridge, - this had collapsed down into a river. This example how dangerous may be a sound , a sound level as just easy to kill.
I feel as unsafe here, as not thinking enough and good on the issues of sound level in Lipetsk train station building, not enough just to build a huge glass box
The another example^ The Singers might sang songs inside the Opera Theater by way, the glass lamps dropped down on the ground floor.
The high level sounds on the case of some accident when people and children screaming by highest vibration timbre of voices will fill all building by echo on the top
So, i am as a mother and as a grandmother as as a woman feel the acoustic solution for the Lipetsk Train station building as unsafe. I do not recommend to go inside, so, still with families, children - better avoid this place, on some distance of this unsafe building.
All biggest buildings may be unsafe in cases of a fire, explosions, - all electricity will be cut out, so no lifts, no lights. See, better to have some pocket flashlight always just in case as a precautions.
You live in Russia to remember destiny of children and people in case of somethings started a wrong as the fire -or-the explosion inside the building as people and children had been stocked blocked inside
and died as someone had sacrificed their lives.
This a great self-safe point to avoid all possible situation
a huge building are targets in wars, in terr-acts, or just in accidents or fire.
CCTV protection as CCTV inside trains, train stations
- there was CCTV in The Center where people and children had died in a fire,
with records on CCTV how they died - the technology had not stopped deaths
as local staff had not habits and a knowledge how to use this new technology.
So, Russian people feel more safe building as small without all modern technology as more safe.
All modern electronic electric technology is a flaming with the producing a chemical gas which caused deaths of humans much early in time of a real fire burning.
Plenty electrical cables produced from a plastic cover (isolation) of electrical metallic wires.
The class of plastic is a different, some soft, easy rapid melted, some solid.
So, some electrical cables may be safe
some with the poor cheapest class of plastic are not so safe
and if a plastic cover would melted - the next step is the fire starts.
So, each smallest detail in all huge big picture is a really important
and case when possible organizers put money in own pockets or decided to save money on a project by using more cheap not so solid safe things may cost a lot after,
- the greedy pays twice,
as Russians say.
I mean i feel as unsafe to be inside the train station building as so loud sound high acoustic echo noise, the acoustic high vibration sound
as pick mark
this was not a good ergonomic project
to make a comfort of life of humans, -
the type of torture
by the echo acoustic
has presented
on this video.
I have started to have a headache, a migraine, -
so bad this all as a noisy echo sound
of acoustic
inside a building,
better for professionals to check
these issues
still more times
not be late
as unsafe
health point
for all possible passengers, children, families,
visitors, tourists.
The modern technology may use the acoustic waves, echo, waves, sounds, as the weapon to attack brains and bodies of humans.
Some wave may cause the death, the stop of beating knocking the heart.
Some may do people "crazy"
Some to collapse.
Any intelligent killer of any state may use the echo of Lipetsk train station to kill people
as this is not a barriers for sounds.
Noises enlarged by echo effect are something really dangerous.
So, still a lot to think about to work to sort out to be safe and a comfortable.
This is a good, but not good enough.
some just ground floor ordinary train station may be much better, comfortable, safe righter what is a new huge building with the unknown quality of work here.
All remember
as
a new building of Moscow Aqua park roof had collapsed, caused deaths in Moscow, Russia,
or
as
a new building roof of Trade Center in Riga had collapsed , caused deaths in Riga, Latvia,
to trust to the quality of a modern building work
in Russia/Latvia
by one day building companies of Turkish builders from Turkey
having no experiences
how
to build buildings
for frosted cold winters areas.
So, prior a make a visit to Lipetsk in Russia,
better to check
each building's history
(the year when the building had been built, builders standards)
as a planing work
of your visit
Lipetsk in Russia
as this point of safety of standards
and the health and safety check
of standards
and values
of local technology
and
local traditions
and Laws.
I would named
all buildings from 1991 in ex-USSR are as unsafe
and
all panel buildings of Soviet time as unsafe too -
their state warranty
was 35 years
and mostly expired,
1991+35 = 2062
for all last buildings
which had been
built in 1991 in USSR time
- the panel buildings may collapsed
as some paper houses,
especially if the gas explosion accidents, -
- the whole exit with all floors all levels
may collapsed, dropped down.
and this was such way of loss of lives
in Russia
in ex-USSR areas
already.
so more safe choice one-two level of buildings,
the private sector,
properties, staying on a distance each of another.
While i blamed some things as over-protection, from a point f a mother-grandmother-a woman,
and ordinary woman just,
having a feeling of
a fear or a paranoia as unsafe here in this train station place in Lipetsk in Russia
while usually
all all right and plenty families enjoyed to use such buildings,
and nothings come wrong with this in their lives.
The possible things which might be are not the things
which have came sometimes.
So, probably, all will be okay.
I and all will pray for this.
Russia had a lot of sad pages, losses.
I hope people will have a peace and a comfort of life and a happiness.
Just so loud acoustic noise echo inside of Lipetsk train station, a huge echo.
I doubt this safe, so.
