Chapter 3. Nordic bloodline

They came from the north-east, sailed from afar; no one remembers where they came from, and where their homeland is located, for those lands where they once moved are their present homeland.
They were strong, powerful and harsh people, sometimes rude but fair. They are brave and hardy, and were called none other than the nords, because they are people of the north.
The nords were well built, and had a high two-meter growth, although among them were the giants, which are berserks, noble and powerful warriors.
Their light-blue eyes, not too wide, but not too narrow eyes, were bold and piercing, and very few other peoples of lower origin could tolerate this look without having turned their eyes off. And their visual acuity is equal to that of elvans, for above all, the nords preferred fish to any other food.
Their long, but not too thick hair of fiery-red, pale-blond or golden-beige color was almost always loose. Since ancient times, the Nords have been proud that they are fair-haired, since no one else has grown such a noble golden color on their heads, except for Elvans, but they are elves, not people; their other nature.
The vegetation on their faces is extensive and usually darker than on the head, and is much inferior in length to the gnome vegetation, and the faces themselves are free from sunburn, which is a dirty raid and the lot of younger nations.
Medium nose, slightly crooked; a high forehead, talking about a remarkable mind — these are all nords, the first among people.
The nords loved to hunt, and invented spears. While the elves skillfully wielded bows and arrows, and the gnomes with an ax and a heavy hammer, the nords mastered the skills of handling the spear and (later) the sword, and made the shields of animals from the most dense animal skins.
The nords hunted mainly for the wildboars, for their meat was predictive in taste, and their fat helped well in winter. And the nords were sitting on frosty evenings in their dugouts, roasting another pig on a spit and telling each other different stories.
The dugouts of the nords were small depressions in the ground; from the rain and snow they were covered with skins of great aurochs and noseholders from above, and stakes and other logs served as a support for such a canopy, for the Nords succeeded as woodcutters too.
The women of the nords were courageous, matching their husbands. And the men were strong support in grief and joy, and the wives were faithful companions for the whole age and keepers of the home. And the wives of the nords sang beautiful lullabies to their offspring while their husbands were hunting in the forests, mountains and plains.
The nords raised their children in great obedience and deep reverence for the elders. And real men grew to replace, as helpers to their fathers, and sincerely, lovingly loving their mothers.
And the nords had no natural enemies. Because the giants and other evil creatures still did not realize that people had come to this world. And the undead, created by Draco from the loins disfigured by strong magic spells and dead souls of good creatures, were still waiting for their time in quiet silence. The silvans did not come to the nords yet, since they fell asleep in their forests.
