Humanity: the era of birth.
It`s a wonderful word – humanity. It`s a word – a dream, it`s a word- presentiment, but at the same time it is a word - a mirage, because it is out of the planet, humanity. It is obvious, all sensible thinking people would like this word to mean the harmonious unity of the people, nations , countries and governments of our planet , a peaceful world in which the people are healthy and happy , nations are friendly, the states aspire to cooperation, not to confrontation, the planet is clean, and it`s not soiled with the waste of rapidly developing industry , and there is not the irrational threat of the self-destruction of the as yet unborn humanity in the fire of world nuclear conflict.
But all these are only dreams , but really that “humanity” , which we observe now., is brightly illustrated by Salvador Dali`s painting “ A presentiment of the civil war” - a sickly mutilated, crippled thing, which breaks itself, suffering from its own defects.
Really, looking at the past century we can see a great development in society’s industrial capacity – and the poverty and hunger of millions of people; striking scientific discoveries, such as Einstein’s special and general theories of relativity, quantum mechanics, the discovery of genetic code, the Big Bang, the deep structure of matter – and the obscurantism of fascism, holocaust genocide; famous inventions, such as space flight, the mastering of nuclear energy – and two World Wars.
A result of the 20th century was also the creation of nuclear, thermonuclear and neutron weapons and their accumulation in great quantities , sufficient , to put an end to all life on the planet ten times over. What are only the prospects of the nuclear winter worth, which have to begin according the calculation, after the massive using of the nuclear arm: besides of the nuclear clouds and dust of being on fire cities will raise into planet atmosphere , in which there is much petrol , because of it the clearness of the atmosphere will rather be less and in half of the year after the nuclear war the nuclear winter is coming - the temperature on the poles is 90-1000C0 below zero, and on the equator it is – 50- 60 C0 below zero , and it has been continuing for two years. Even, if a few people alive in the super refuges, it will be difficult to envy them, then it will be, incredibly, difficult to alive on the spoiled gassed and mutilated planet, repeating the sad fate of the people of Atlanta.
And the nuclear arm like a cancer is continuing to revel out round the planet, and its reserves are growing.
By the way, according to the ideas of one of the famous geniuses of humanity K. E. Tsiolkovsky,first given an account by him to the founder of geliobiology Chizhevsky at the beginning of the 30th of the 20th century and then in follow developed at the work “The Space Era Theory”, that Tsiolkovsky considered as a secret and he banned to publish for the nearest ten years, the humanity being in space is divided to four main eras, each of them follows from billion up to hundreds of billion years, and the first is – the era of birth of humanity, to Tsiolkovsky`s mind, beginning since the thirtieth years of the 20th century, will have to begin in several ten years. Tsiolkovsky`s foreseeing gift can not be refused and we are on the threshold of the beginning of the humanity birth.
So, the aim is clear – creation, the humanity birth. It stays only leading by the Earth Planets people to reach this aim.
Only people can lead, because the God always acts through the people. And as one famous writer said, there must be an exactly plan of ruling at least for the laughable short period of thousand years, but people do not live so long. It seems the situation is hopeless, but there is a hope. That plan completely is shown in D. L. Andreyev`s book “The World Rose”, including the way of passing over the question about the burden of every person`s life. And there are organizations, making the only plan for thousands years.
These are religious organizations, churches. That`s why Andreyev offers to create the ethic religious organizations for leading the humanity, consisting of the representatives of the world religious, as the flower consisting of petals and to call it the World Rose.
Andreyev`s book is heavy for reading, as the author points. It would be true to right a survey article on his book, but that is the theme another work. That’s why in this article to the point only to give readers little about Andreyev`s thoughts and ideas .
The author warns of two terrible dangers for the humanity: “But any intensification of intellect; any imagination or intuition are not able to show coming dangers, which will not be connected with one of two main things: danger of physical destruction of the humanity because of the war and the danger of its spirit destruction, because of the world absolute tyranny.”
Obviously, the author meant dangers, coming from the humanity , because there is an outside terrible danger – asteroid one, the danger of collision Earth with the asteroid.
Andreyev writes about the tendency of the humanity foundation “… the internal ðathos of the newest history – in the elemental aspiration to the world . And what does this time point to? Doesn`t it point to that the world, having not been the abstract idea, has become the world necessity? Doesn`t it point to that the world has become indivisible and narrow? And, at last, the decision all of these immediate problems is able to be radical and stable only in world scale settle of this decision?
Then the author speaks about the disarmament and foundation of the world State Federation and for the guarantee against the absolute tyranny he offers the establishment “Over the world State Federation of unspotted, incorruptible, high authoritative instance, the ethic, outside of state and super state, or the state nature is out ethic itself”. He writes: “Nobody, besides of God, knows, where and when the first light of the World Rose will be burnt. The country – Russia – only has been pointed: tragic events are possible yet, they will make complicated the accomplishment of this mystical act and will force a transferring it to the other “country”. About the World Disarmament: “If the full general Disarmament is not be reached just before it( the moment of holding a position by the World Rose – P.V.) , then the law on fast, general, absolute Disarmament will set up and it is supposed, that the World Rose will mark its coming to the ethic control”
And the last, worth of to pay attention.
Andreyev ask the question, but doesn’t answer it:” How will this instance come to the public national recognition, summit, leading even over the State Federation, - this one, rejecting the violence?
The question seems rhetorical, but just in this reply is the meaning and the object of this article. There is, of course only orally, a simple and paradoxical way of delivering from nuclear and thermonuclear arms at first, and then from any one on the planet and to form the Wolrd Rose, that will be the beginning of humanity birth, the beginning of its way on the Universe.
Obviously, it is never possible to agree of nuclear and thermonuclear reserves destruction by talks, and forced methods in the nuclear disarmament sphere just will lead to the world rocket nuclear war. And let’s be asked a naive question, at first sight, - why are there different rockets, carrier rockets and bombs, rocket bases, why are their permanent, expensive accomplishment being done? What is the idea? The number of Russian rockets will fly in reply to the start of American rockets and vice versa.
And, now the USA is trying to solve this paradox by the creating of modern high effective anti rocket defense, by than they set Russia into complicated position, which has no means for the program.
There is a possibility of energetic simplifying the situation, by beginning actually the world nuclear disarmament process. In order to that, refusing absolutely of the nuclear attacks and reply strike, it is necessity to take off nuclear from rockets and arrange them equally among the cities and towns and large villages or countries, including even tactical arms, placing them in the special bunkers under the hopeful and safely duplicated connection system and management , being under the presidents individual managing. In law, the country, which made the similar action is never the aggressor – because, there’re no any means of delivery, nuclear is on its territory. But, in fact, similar acts means the possibility of rather more effective using of the nuclear and thermonuclear arms. And for the first strike to the enemy only a part of strategic rockets are used, more over it is known that not all of them will have worked because a part of the started rockets will have been defeated by the anti rocket defense. And there will almost be nothing from the rest strategic, operation – tactical and tactical reserves because of the opposite strike. The great part of means of the first strike is targeted to military objects, where there are few gasoline substances. In this occasion, it is possible a working of absolutely all the reserves of nuclear and thermonuclear arms of the country, moreover, solely in towns and villages, by reason of fixation of mass setting rockets by enemies, that is maximum effective using of arms. In result - a fast destruction of the mined country’s population and maximum heavy nuclear winter, that means a gradual and suffering freezing of the rest world under the jet precipitations. The action on mining can be carried out very quickly due to simplified scheme: all rockets under the president’s order are transported to the cities with the staffers and usual communicative system without starting plants with the task to perform the order on the undermining of nuclear during the receipt.
So, since the nuclear mining moment, the state, that carried out it has got a possibility to hold a policy on disarmament around the world – wide fame, moreover, at first it is necessary to destroy carriers, may be the decision of non impressments of uranium, plutonium, deuterium, and tritium as the national property was adopted. At that moment the action on self- mining, meaning a nuclear potential, the USA and Russia, separately or together, are capable to accomplish.
Obviously, in 10 – 15 years China will reach the same level of nuclear potential and the situation will be essentially difficult, but admitting a decision yet. And in 40 – 50 years most of the countries will already have new potentials, guaranteeing a nuclear winter, and the situation will not be solved again, that means, the humanity was not remained well, it can not live for thousands years on a barrel with nuclear powder in it, early or late it will explode with accidental reasons. Obviously, Tsyalkovsky foresaw just our time and situation, speaking over the beginning the era of humanity birth.
The best ideal variant is the realization of such actions simultaneously by Russia and the USA together with each other.
Undoubtedly, that similar measure will evoke negative reaction of all states with the nuclear arms, and the disarmament under the ultimatum of the nuclear winter will not bring any joy to everybody. That is why Russia and the USA Union would simplify the process in all aspects – organization, tactical and political and in shares of burden of responsibility. Moreover, the union of two great states is the best guarantee that the absolute world tyranny will not be real. But most probably, that by the force of their democratic traditions, culture, political and economic reasons, mentality of peoples, the USA can not choose this way first. Most likely, Russia should take itself this heavy mission, as D. L. Andreyev foresaw, having left the possibility to the USA to join then.
As for Russia such self mining action, that mutinously means voluntary and one sided destruction of delivery means, that is the voluntary act, is beneficial in all relations, so as allow:
- to formulate the national idea, that there is now after the wreck of the communist regime, moreover, in the center of national idea there will be the world nuclear and general disarmament, the role of Russia in the formation of humanity and the creation of World Rose according Daniel Andreyev`s ideas. At the time of creation of World Rose, the Russian Orthodox Church will take the great significance. The national idea of such high level inevitably will call the growth of self- appreciation and enthusiasm of Russian people, and will assist to their unity with the president, to the victory of centripetal tendencies in the society over the centrifugal and narrow nationalistic departmental:
- to improve radically the economics of the states reducing expenses for the working out and production of rockets, their carriers, to exploitation, retarget the free means for the peaceful mastering of Space and creation of new vacancies;
- to strengthen the President`s power that will give the possibility effectively manage with criminality and criminal economics, corruption of officials, to get discipline in a payment of tax, that undoubtedly will greet unanimously the peoples support;
- to solve quietly all questions of home policy, leaning upon laws and state machinery without formation of mass organizations and movements, that Bolsheviks liked to do and that used to lead to mass and needless sacrifice.
Surely, for decision of nuclear, and later, on voluminous problems of disarmament, Russia will have to hold an active foreign and home policy. In connection with that, to the point to adduce D. Andreyev’s words about violence: “The violence is able to have been recognized suitable moderately in urgency, only in soft forms and only while the highest instance by educational improvement will not get ready the humanity with a help of high - principled mind and wills to the substitution of compulsion – by voluntary, calls of external laws – by deep honesty voice, and a state by – brotherhood. To defeat by high – exact rockets with neutron nuclear of band on the Russian territory or on request and on agreement with governments of CIS countries, of invade bands from Afghanistan, can be the first stage of such policy. Such demonstration will be very impressionable for states, unwillingly to disarmament, and reluctant raise high the authority of Russia and it is president.
It may be assummed, that the appraisal of their determination to nuclear arms using in Hiroshima and Nagasaki promotes to the high authority of the USA.
Probably, that during this process few nuclear rocket strikes will be done on Russia by some hot heads of particular states. In that case, if God allows, that the president of Russia would have enough self control not to detonate the country state, but Russia can similarly reply to defend, because its necessary to the period of disarmament period for effective managing of this process to keep not big but sufficiently number of the latest output rockets with surely conditions of their liquidation on the end completion of general disarmament.
At the conclusion, there is an idea the basis of which needs in special work. If Russia is forced to cross this way alone, then the president’s power level will reach the absolute monarchist level to the world disarmament moment.
