I’ve thought English is a marvelous tool and primary value for our societe if we want as soon as possible to create a normal civilized state and appropriate psychological environment that will support us to move in that direction.
Our Kyrgyz and Russian languages have too "poisoned" and densely saturated with the confrontational rhetoric and senses and long-termed rigid authoritarian practice for being helpful and effective in the matter of the building a free society.
Especially today, when the anti-Western propaganda left so active and pervasive on all our large informational hemisphere.
English as the language of tolerance, freedom and democracy is indispensable in such environment, as Russia for the same reason has played destructive role that was recently used as the tool of communism propaganda, the red terror and hostility to the West. Russian is remained unchangeable today, just instead of communism rhetoric appearing closely related to it the Russian idea, sovereign democracy, Eurasianism and other latest ideological inventions with the same contents and aims.
Knowledge of English will help us to recognize and unlock all such stereotypes of our past, which stopped the movement of our society and soul in right direction. It is really contributing to our emancipation, deliverance from old and poisoned stereotypes so deeply entrenched in our collective subconscious.
