ABKHAZIA Republic.
Western region of [former Soviet] Georgia. A secessionist movement of the Abkhaz ethnic minority in the region led to the declaration of independence from Georgia in 1992 and the Georgian-Abkhaz armed conflict from 1992 to 1993 which resulted in the Georgian military defeat and the mass exodus and ethnic cleansing of Georgian population from Abkhazia. Church of Jesus Christ Christian. This is (or was) a white supremacist group (organized as a tax-exempt church) that promotes the idea of a "white homeland" in the U.S. Pacific Northwest (original plans called for a homeland in the "panhandle" section of Idaho). On 7 September 2000, Aryan Nations lost a multi-million dollar legal case, which led to the closure of their compound in Hayden Lake, Idaho. The organization has apparently reformed itself in 2002, relocating to Leola, Pennsylvania, but according to recent reports, it is badly fractured, and there is much in-fighting among rival factions. The group's founder, "Pastor" Richard G. Butler, died in his sleep on 8 September 2004. He was 86. Floyd Cochrane was at one time the 5th highest ranking member of the Aryan Nations, as well as their official recruiter and spokesman. In 1992, he left the organization, renounced his racist past and now speaks out against hate groups. He runs the website and web radio station Eye On Hate, and also gives seminars against hate groups as well as serving on the advisory board of the Pennsylvania Alliance for Democracy. Nigeria. Website maintained by the Biafra Actualization Forum BAF. The Republic of Biafra was proclaimed after the eastern region of Nigeria seceeded from the country in 1967. Despite being diplomatically recognized by Gabon, Haiti, Ivory Coast (C;te d'Ivoire), Tanzania, and Zambia, the secession led to a horrific civil war, where starvation was used as a weapon against the Biafrans. After a total of 1 million Biafrans died, the Biafran govermnent surrendered in 1970, and Biafra became a part of Nigeria once again. On 1 September 2001, a clandestine shortwave radio station, "Voice of Biafra International" (broadcasting over transmitters in Tbilisskaya-Armavir, Russia) premired, proclaiming "Biafra is your right.Biafra is your hope.". The station is run by the Biafra Foundation (BF), Ekwe Nche and the Biafra Actualization Forum (BAF). Black Panther Party for Self-Defense.
Aka "The Black Panthers". The Party's fundamental principle, as best articulated by the great revolutionary Ernesto 'Che' Guevara, was: 'A true revolutionary is guided by great feelings of love.' The Black Panthers were never a group of angry young militants full of fury toward the 'white establishment.' The Party operated on love for black people, not hatred of white people.". "Because the Party believed that only the masses of people would make the revolution, the Party never presumed itself to be above the people. The Party considered itself a servant of the people and taught by example. Given massive black hunger, the Party provided free breakfast for children and other free food programs. In the absence of decent medical facilities in the black community, the Party operated free medical clinics. In the face of police brutality, the Party stood up and resisted. Considering the overwhelming number of blacks facing trials and long prison terms, the Party developed free legal aids and bussing-to-prison programs. While not a seditionist movement, the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense (aka "Black Panthers" or "BPP") was noted for its militant rhetoric, public show of arms and repeated confrontation of authority figures. They gained infamy for referring to Police Officers as a "foreign occupying force" and often followed police as they patrolled predominantly Black neighborhoods. In 1967, members once carried firearms into the California State Capitol building to protest laws against carrying loaded weapons in public. The BPP was a Marxist-Leninist organization that emphasized revolutionary rhetoric on class struggle. They also were involved in many social welfare programs such as Sickle-Cell Anemia testing, free health clinics, anti-drug abuse programs (including harassment of drug dealers and establishing community drug rehabilitation programs) and a free breakfast program that fed thousands of underprivileged children. The BPP was not a "Black Supremacist" group as some may consider them, but worked closely with a number groups involved in Fred Hampton's Rainbow Coalition, including the predominately White Peace and Freedom Party and the Puerto Rican nationalist Young Lords Party. There was even an loosely affiliated group called the "White Panther Party". John Sinclair was the WPP Chairman and wrote their manifesto. However, the Black Panther Party openly rejected the non-violent rhetoric of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.. The BPP played a large part in the identity of the Black Liberation Movement in the USA during the 1960's. The group, founded in 1966 by Huey P. Newton (1942-1989) and Bobby Seale (b. 1936), effectively disbanded in the early 1980's due to rising legal costs and disputes resulting from Federal investigation cases. Today, there are a number of related websites that chronicle the history of this organization. After the BPP disbanded, several militant ex-members founded the Black Liberation Army, a group that championed armed revolution and the formation of a separate Black nation. While there is a group that calls itself The New Black Panther Party for Self-Defense (NBPP), it has no ties to the original BPP. The NBPP, which appears to be a schism of the Nation of Islam, was founded in 1989 by Aaron Michaels several years after the original BPP disbanded. The NBPP has been officially disavowed and discredited by former BPP members, including Bobby Seale and the Dr. Huey P. Newton Foundation. To quote the news release by the Newton Foundation directly: In response from numerous requests from individual's seeking information on the 'New Black Panthers', the Dr. Huey P. Newton Foundation issues this public statement to correct the distorted record being made in the media by a small band of African Americans calling themselves the New Black Panthers. As guardian of the true history of the Black Panther Party, the Foundation, which includes former leading members of the Party, denounces this group's exploitation of the Party's name and history. Begun in 1970 on a former Danish army base by a brave group of hippie squatters (and still operating today), this autonomous zone, functioning under a direct participatory democratic government and its own local curency, has survived almost everyone's expectations. This website has a detailed history and photos of the self-proclaimed "free city", as well as a list of businesses operating there. The Danish army still officially owns the buildings on the property, and all leases have been paid, but in recent months, there has been trouble between the Christianians and the Danish government. Despite the fact that Christiana has become a tourist attraction, apparent plans are to build condominiums on the property, driving out the current inhabitants. In order to prevent any further Danish intrusion after recent drug raids, the hashish and marijuana vendors on the famous "Pusher Street" have closed down and destroyed their stalls. In 1982, the U.S. Government was creating roadblocks in Key West, Florida to the mainland to prevent the trafficking of illegal aliens from Cuba and Haiti, as well as smuggling of contraband and narcotics from the Caribbean. The traffic jams were harming the businesses of the Florida Keys, and several in the citizenry (led by His Honor, Mayor Dennis Wardlow of the City of Key West) proclaimed the islands to be the Conch Republic (pronounced "konk"). While the (mostly token) rebellion lasted only for one day, it drew attention from federal authorities, and the roadblocks were removed. DOGS Republic of the Isle of DOGS.
This was a short-lived "protest" nation estabished in the Isle of Dogs (really a small peninsula) located in London, England. Historically, it was a "dumping ground" for London's poor. In 1970, a lack of funding for services was protested by a semi-official secession from England, and the only road leading to the peninsula was closed by a roadblock. The residents elected city councilman Ted Johns as "President" of the republic. Freedom County.
Washington State. Freedom County is a secessionist portion of Snohomish County, Washington, United States declared to exist as of April 23, 1995. Its existence has not been recognized by Snohomish County, the state of Washington, or the federal government. The 'county seat" is Arlington, Washington. Claiming frustration at what they believed to be a corrupt Snohomish County government, on April 23, 1995, the Freedom County commissioners submitted to the Washington Secretary of State a petition with 12,679 signatures calling for the secession of the northern half of Snohomish County, excluding Marysville and the Tulalip Indian reservation. On the state constitutional basis that only the legislature can create a new county, and that it cannot be compelled to do so by petition, the government refused to act, and Freedom County remains unrecognized. More a publicity stunt than an actual secession, the Welsh village of Hay-on-Wye (bordering Powys County in Wales and Herefordshire County in England) proclaimed "independence" on 1 April 1977, establishing Richard Booth, owner of Europe's largest second-hand bookstore, as King Richard I. The Hay Peerage sells honorarary titles of nobility via the website, along with other ephemera. Among the pamphlets by King Richard available for sale are "Bring Back Horses", "Abolish the Wales Tourist Board" and "God Save Us From the Development Board for Rural Wales". While basically a "sovereign Citizen" project, this has heavy Biblical and Christian overtones, encouraging people to leave the "worldly" system and become (literal) citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven, going so far as to renounce their previous citizenships and Social Security Numbers (most members are from the U.S.A.). The group issues its own I.D. cards, driver's licenses, motor vehicle titles, license plates, businesses licenses and passports, but so far, no government has recognized them. The Embassy of Heaven Church was founded in 1987 by its present leader, "Reverend Paul Revere", formerly known as Craig Douglas Fleshman, a former computer systems analyst for the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles. He claimed to take his "God-given name" in 1995. The website features an on-line newsletter for it's "citizens". It appears that the "Kingdom's" license plates and driver's licenses have gotten several members in legal trouble (including seizure of their cars), so the group is promoting a "Junkers for the Kingdom" program (their own name), in case their vehicles are seized. People's Republic of China. Website maintained by the Inner Mongolian People's Party, Princeton, NJ, USA. At the end of the W.W.II, Soviet-Mongolian joint army entered Inner Mongolia, in order to expel the Japanese army. After the war, despite the all 51 banners (county) of Inner Mongolia expressed their will to be independent, Joseph Stalin handed Inner Mongolia over to China according to the Yalta treaty. A few large cities remained in the control of Kuomintang (KMT) and the vast rural area of Inner Mongolia fell into Mao's Communist army after the Soviet-Mongolian army's withdrawal from Inner Mongolia. On May 01, 1947, the Chinese government declared the establishment of the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region, after the PLA took control of the entire Inner Mongolia.". "During the cultural revolution (1966-1976), the Chinese government claimed that there was a counter-party (Chinese Communist Party), counter-revolutionary, counter-socialism party called 'Inner Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party' (IMPRP, 'Ovor Mongoliin Ardiin Khuvsgalt Nam' or 'Ovor Ardiin Nam') in Inner Mongolia. The Chinese government used this non-existent party as a pretext and under the name of 'dig-out' the IMPRP, launched a campaign of genocide against the Mongols in Inner Mongolia. The genocide campaign carried out by the Chinese Communist Party and the People's Liberation Army touched every Mongol's soul and body and resulted in unnatural death of more than 250,000 Mongols in Inner Mongolia (at the time, the Mongol population in Inner Mongolia was only about 1.5 million). The Lakota Freedom Delegation traveled to Washington, D.C. and contacted the United States Department of State, announcing that the Lakota were unilaterally withdrawing from the several treaties between themselves and the United States government. The delegation presented a letter, dated December 17, 2007 and signed by longtime Indian activists Russell Means, Garry Rowland, Duane Martin Sr. also called Canupa Gluha Mani, and Phyllis Young, which declared the Lakota to be 'predecessor sovereign of Dakota Territory' and cited gross violations of the treaties between the Lakota and the United States as the immediate cause for withdrawal. The letter also invited the United States government to enter into negotiations with the newly-declared entity, there identified only as 'Lakotah.' It threatened that if good-faith negotiations were not begun then 'Lakotah will begin to administer liens against real estate transactions within the five state area of Lakotah. The de facto capital is Porcupine, South Dakota. Another group with similar goals is Lakota Oyate. To quote their website: "We do not represent those BIA or IRA governments beholden to the colonial system, but we encourage all people to reclaim their freedom. MINERVA Principality of MINERVA.
Fomerly the Republic of Minerva. In 1972, Lithuanian-born US citizen Michael P. Oliver, attempted to start his own nation based on Libertarian ideals on the Minerva Reefs. With business partner Morris Bud Davis, and a number of workers, rented a boat to dump sand onto the reefs to form an artificial island. The project included a book by Davis ("A New Constitution for a New Country") and a bi-metallic gold and silver coin. The only country to take official notice of Minerva was the Kingdom of Tonga, which "conquered" the island as its own. Time and the elements have worn the landfill project back into reefs. On May 01, 1947, the Chinese government declared the establishment of the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region, after the PLA took control of the entire Inner Mongolia.". "During the cultural revolution (1966-1976), the Chinese government claimed that there was a counter-party (Chinese Communist Party), counter-revolutionary, counter-socialism party called 'Inner Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party' (IMPRP, 'Ovor Mongoliin Ardiin Khuvsgalt Nam' or 'Ovor Ardiin Nam') in Inner Mongolia. The Chinese government used this non-existent party as a pretext and under the name of 'dig-out' the IMPRP, launched a campaign of genocide against the Mongols in Inner Mongolia. The genocide campaign carried out by the Chinese Communist Party and the People's Liberation Army touched every Mongol's soul and body and resulted in unnatural death of more than 250,000 Mongols in Inner Mongolia (at the time, the Mongol population in Inner Mongolia was only about 1.5 million). NSK State
(Self-proclaimed Government At-Large). This "non-territorial" country, whose name is an abbreviation for "Neue Slowenische Kunst [New Slovenian Art]" was founded by a collective of Slovenian artist groups, including Department of Pure and Applied Philosophy, Irwin, Novi Kolektivizem (New Collectivism), Noordung, and the industrial music group Laibach. (Laibach gained both fame and infamy when Slovenia was still part of Yugoslavia and under that country's Communist regime led by Josef Tito. They responded to the totilitarianism they lived under by being even more totilitarian in presence and performance. Because of this, they were frequently, and incorrectly, identified as being either fascists, Stalinists or Neo-Nazis, and were subjected to government harrassment. During the Sarajevo Civil War, NSK passports were used by some officials as identification, and were accepted as valid by various factions. To signal the beginning of the Dayton Accord, which brought about the end of the horriffic Sarajevo Civil War, NSK State opened a temporary "embassy" at the at the National Theatre in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina on 20-21 November 1995 (similar to an event organized in Berlin, Germany in 1993). The musical group Laibach held a rock concert to a packed house in the theatre's auditorium. One of the concerts was carried live by national television. According to the website: "Over the course of event the premises of the NSK State Sarajevo were visited by more than 5000 people. According to information from Sarajevo both evenings saw several hundred people turned away from the building. ORANIA Village of ORANIA (Republic of South Africa).

Among the White Afrikaners living there is the the village's founder, Carel Boshoff, son-in-law of late prime minister Hendrik Verwoerd, the architect of South Africa's infamous apartheid policy. RIJEKA Virtual Free State of RIJEKA (Croatia).
The Virtual FSR is a project of restoring the identity of Rijeka. The Free State of Rijeka existed De jure from 1920 - 1924 as a Corpus Separatum. It was internationally recognized and a member of The League of Nations. Legally elected government was exiled from Rijeka after the coup, and in 1924 the fascistic Italy, with the help of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, invaded the city." - from an email. "The Virtual FSR arose as a reaction to long-time denial of the identity of Rijeka. Today the people of Rijeka have no say in the matter of their own town. The city is economically destroyed and by an unseen decentralization reduced to Zagreb's access to the sea. The establishing of new local districts took away its natural background and made any further development impossible. Our town has not been incorporated into the national coat of arms although it never belonged to Istria, Slavonia or Dalmatia. ROM (Stateless Ancestry).

Around the year 1000 C.E., members of India's Banjara tribe are believed to have migrated north to Europe, mingled with other tribes, and formed the people we know today as the Rom, commonly known as "Gypsies" (a corruption of "Egyptian", where they are known as "Dom"). During World War Two, the Rom were the only other race (besides the Jews) marked for genocidal extermination by the Nazi regime. During the Holocaust (or as the Rom call it, "porrajmos" ["The Devouring"]), between 500,000 to 1,500,000 Rom were systematically exterminated in concentration camps. There have been reports of serious consideration to save a number of Rom/Gypsies in a type of "human zoo" after the Nazis finalized their plans for global conquest. Today, approximately 12,000,000 Rom live in Europe (contrary to popular belief, only 5% are nomadic), and thousands of others live elsewhere around the world. Still, they have no homeland. In many countries, they are forced to live in poverty, are subject to racist harrasment by legal authorites, and are considered outsiders and outcasts (sometimes even being denied their citizenship). The Republic of China was founded in 1911, and was a founding member of the United Nations (it retained a seat representing China until 1971). The island and province of Taiwan has been under the administration of the Nationalist Government of China since the Mainland was overthrown by the Communists (led by Mao Zedong) in 1949, and is considered a Government-In-Exile by some authorities. The People's Republic of China (P.R.C., "Mainland" or "Red" China), considers Taiwan a "renegade province" and has often threatened "restoration" (a deceptive euphemism for military invasion and annexation of Taiwan with the total abolition of the Nationalist Government). The Taiwanese constitution still claims sovereignty over the whole of China and (Outer) Mongolia, and still controlls Taiwan and outlying islands in the southeast China region and the South China Sea. Taiwan is diplomatically recognized by 30 countries around the world. Some in Taiwan are demanding that the Nationalist Government reclaim its authority over the Mainland. Others seek total independence from the P.R.C. Others note the unofficial economic relations between the two Chinas (many businesses in Taiwan have factories on the Mainland), and insist that this is all sabre-rattling on both sides. According to micropatriologist DD Ting, ".the independence movement of Taiwan and the [Republic of China] are in fact two different concepts with different historical and territorial claims. "Technically speaking, Taipei municipality is only the provisional capital of the ROC as announced in 1949 (the official capital is still Nanjing {or Nanking} in.Mainland China). The ROC government has a National Unification Council which is governed by the "Guidelines for National Unification". So although the present ruling party of the ROC government, i.e. the Democratic Progressive Party, is pro-Taiwan independence, the ROC government is still in fact a government in-exile which claims sovereignty over the whole of China, unless someday in the future it officially [denounces] the claim.". Texas Republic of Texas.
From 1836 to 1845, there was a country called the Republic of Texas. It won its indepedence from Mexico after the Battle of San Jacinto on 21 April 1836. On 29 December 1845, it was peacefully annexed into the United States of America, after a public election by the citizenry supported statehood, becoming the 28th state of the Union. On 19 February 1846, President Anson Jones officiated over a ceremony at the Capitol Building in Austin where, to mark the transfer of authority, he lowered the Lone Star flag for the last time and gave a speech ending with the words "The final act in this great drama is now performed. The Republic of Texas is no more.". In 1997, there was a widly publicized but ill-fated attempt at independence by over-zealous, self-styled "Texians" led by Richard Lance McLaren, who later found themselves imprisoned, not for sedition, but rather kidnapping and fraud (They tried to finance their independence movement with $3,400,000 worth of bogus checks, and took two people hostage during a raid at a resort neighboring their compound). There is also a commercial web radio station, Radio Free Texas, playing Country, Rock and Blues music, along with Texas-related news and interviews. Until its statehood in 1845, there was a legation, (a diplomatic representative office lower than an embassy) of the Republic of Texas to the United Kingdom located on 3 St. James Street in London, England. The legation was located inside the building that still houses Berry Brothers & Rudd, a renowned dealer of fine wines (They have used the building as their offices since 1730). A plaque on the outside of building commemorates its former residents. The Texas Legation in France was located at 1 Place Vend;m 75001 in Paris. The building is now the H;tel de Vend;me and an engraving on the building notes the former tenants. France's legation to Texas was located at 802 San Marcos Street in Austin. The building still stands and is now a museum. Other nations that also granted some form of diplomatic recognition are Belgium, the Netherlands and the short-lived Republic of Yucat;n. To further add to the confusion, there is a restaurant in London, England called The Texas Embassy Cantina, located on 1 Cockspur Street, off Trafalgar Square; a short distance away from the former site of the actual legation. It was previously the offices of White Star Line, owners of the ill-fated ocean liner RMS Titanic, which sank during its maiden voyage in 1912 (White Star later merged with Cunard in 1934).. TIBET Kingdom of TIBET

The Kingdom of Tibet, an independent, sovereign nation, was invaded and annexed by the People's Republic of China (PRC) on 10 March 1959, and many of the native Tibetans face persecution for practicing their traditional Buddhist faith and for using the Tibetan language. Many of their temples have been destroyed and much of the land has been heavily mined, leaving many sections barren. Their leader, His Holiness, the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet, Tenzin Gyatso (1989 Nobel Peace Prize winner, pictured below), currently resides over the Government In-Exile on donated land in India. In both the PRC and Occupied Tibet, to fly the Tibetan flag, to print anything in the Tibetan language, to perform the Tibetan National Anthem or even to display a photo of the Dalai Lama, is to risk imprisonment. TIMUCUA Native American Tribal Republic of TIMUCUA.
We are an unrecognized Native American tribe that was known as the Timucua which is a tribe of Northern Florida. We were invaded in 1565 by the Spanish when they came here and founded the city of St. Augustine. Our people in the present group called the Native American Tribal Republic of Timucua have some members who can trace their lineage of ancestry back to the original Timucua tribe of Northern Florida through oral tradition. We have been an unorganized group of people prior to August of 2008 who were an informal cultural heritage group exploring and celebrating Native American Heritage. In August of 2008, we decided to retake our place among the nations of the world and formally organized and unilaterally declared our independence as the Native American Tribal Republic of Timucua. We are now officially an unrecognized Native American (Indian) tribal group. Our goal is to seek either de facto or de jure recognition from both the State of Florida and the U.S. Federal Government in a peaceful manner that would allow us to eventually purchase a section of land that our people could settle upon and have as our independent reservation and nation. There is a group called The Source Center, which presents itself as a business group with direct ties to the Washitaw. A musician named Aashid Himons devotes a section of his website to the Washitaw. This group claims ancestry from what they refer to as the ancient mound builders of North America. They also claim title to most of North America, and have been associated with several "sovereign Citizen" groups. In the recent past, this group has produced I.D. cards, passports, auto license plates, driver's licenses and motor vehicle titles. It probably continues to do so. The Youth International Party (Y.I.P., also known as "Yip" or "Yippie!") was founded in the mid-1960's as an ad-hoc radical movement, promoting a curious mixture of Marxism and Anarchism. Critics and old-school leftists cited the group's penchant for political pranks and street theatre, however, and often dismissed them as "Groucho Marxists" (When asked to present their political agenda, they would hand out blank sheets of paper). The movement's founders (the term "leaders" seems rather irrevelant) were Abbott Howard "Abbie" Hoffman [1936-1989], Jerry Rubin [1938-1994] and Paul Krassner [b.1932]. The "Yippies" (also known as "Yipsters") promoted the concept of themselves being "citizens" of a seperate nation, alternatively called "Free Nation", "Woodstock Nation", and/or "Yipster Nation". Hoffman wrote what he discribed as a "handbook of survival and warfare" for the new nation's citizenry entitled Steal This Book (Many people did just that!). The book touched many things appropriate with that period in time, such as getting various items and services cheap or for free [legally and otherwise], tips on political action [organization, promotion, demonstrations, communication], how to organize a food co-op, etc. In the book, Hoffman encouraged his fellow Yippies to register themselves as resident aliens with the Immigration and Naturalization Service. (In the chapter entitled "Monkey Warfare": "Then when they ask you to 'Love it or leave it', tell them you already left!"). (While Hoffman enjoyed the media attention the book gave him, he later commented, "It's embarrassing when you try to overthrow the government and you wind up on the Best Seller's List."). Hoffman later wrote something along the lines of a sequal with Woodstock Nation: A Talk-Rock Album, detailing mostly with his experiences at the 1969 Woodstock Festival. Jerry Rubin echoed Hoffman's sentiments in his books Do It!: Scenarios of the Revolution and We Are Everywhere (the latter was based on notes written in prison and smuggled out by his lawyer). He later recanted much of his revolutionary rhetoric in his book Growing (Up) At 37 and devoted much of his effort in the business world. Of the books mentioned, only "Steal This Book" is still in print. The Y.I.P. fell apart in the 1980's, and both Hoffman and Rubin met untimely ends (Hoffman, emerging after living under an alias to avoid a drug conviction and battling manic depression for many years, took his own life by a prescription drug overdose. Rubin was struck by a car while jaywalking). But there are those who still seek to keep the spark of rebellion alive. Paul Krassner, who named the organization and coined the term "Yippie", as well as the publisher of The Realist [Magazine: 1957-1974, Newsletter: 1985-2001], is still active as an author and political satirist (His books and CD are available on his website). ZIMBABWE Republic.
SW Radio Africa bills itself as "The Independent Voice of Zimbabwe". Founded by expatriate Zimbabwian radio news reporter Gerry Jackson after her attempt of starting a legal, uncensored radio station in Zimbabwe, "Capital Radio", was stormed by police on orders from President Robert Mugabe only six days after broadcasts began. (She previously worked for the Zimbabwe Broadcasting Corporation but was fired for taking live telephone calls from listeners during the 1997 food riots, reporting on accusations of police brutality.). With the base of operations in London, England, and transmitters in the Republic of South Africa, among other locations, the station broadcasts uncensored news and information into Zimbabwe for two hours a day (see the website for frequencies & times), defying the official government line of Zimbabwean radio and TV. The station also webcasts (see website for schedule), and has archived programs on the site (Windows Media Player is required).
