Worldwide, people with disabilities enjoy employment and make societal contributions at all levels. However, many persons with disabilities who want this opportunity do not because of many difficulties and obstacles. Unemployment among disabled people of working age is much higher than among persons of working age without disabilities. Economic growth can provide more opportunities for participation in employment, so one must pay attention to the most successful practices that allows employers to use the abilities, skills and abilities of people with disabilities, no matter in which country. Increasingly evident is the fact that the disabled can not only contribute to the national economy, but that their employment also reduces the cost of disability and help reduce poverty.
The issues surrounding the hiring of people with disabilities are important because these people offer valuable resources. Employers may save rehiring and training costs by maintaining jobs for workers who become disabled. It is appropriate that people who become disabled, who have not lost the skills learned in the process of employment and vocational training, keep their jobs.
In the establishment and development of a market economy, the need for effective employment is a primary issue. In the long term, growing business is a crucial factor in economic prosperity of the country. Enhancing competition in all existing markets should make the modern enterprises of various fields review the existing stereotypes preventing the hiring "people with disabilities.” The presence of a disability need not be so severe as to diminish competitive capabilities and market position. On the contrary, the presence of disability may induce a person to actively develop and grow. That is why there is a need for measures that would become useful to a person with certain disabilities to work toward their maximum potential and achieve inner life goals.
Therefore, in my opinion, the professional integration of disabled persons in society is one of the major trends of the various social institutions and organizations. However, I think that for a number of objective and subjective reasons, there is a need for detailed analysis of the labor market and for overcoming barriers in communicating with people with disabilities. For example, training projects may play an important role in overcoming these barriers. Of course, mistakes can not be avoided, but in developing such projects the maximum amount of information on the most effective ways of implementation should be used.
During the writing the following technologies were used: empirical (public opinion polls, sociological) as well as specific recommendations, and the project studies, which have permitted direct volunteer participation in developing its own project NGO students.
Primarily the problem of adaptation and rehabilitation of the disabled people of Lugansk, in the management of labor and social protection, social security funds, and certainly the disabled community organizations, should be noted. An example is the training program "career guidance for Youth with Disabilities" aimed at expanding the information field of participants to the right to employment, skills for aiding in the deliberate choice of professions, and the ability to assert their right to employment. The aim is to promote the implementation of the national policy of rehabilitation of the visually impaired and implementation in Ukraine of the International Convention Disability Rights, uniting people with disabilities for the purpose of implementing priorities toward the development of democratic society and equal exercise of rights and freedoms of all citizens. Furthermore the organization promotes socio-cultural and professional rehabilitation, protection of legitimate social, economic, artistic and other interests of its members. The key activities of the organization are: promotion of the implementation of measures on social protection, social work, creative, psychological and medical rehabilitation of members, and the improvement of the professional training for members of statutory tasks. The purpose of the training activities is to integrate people with disabilities in society. Analyzing materials and reports in the Ukrainian scientific-practical conference, it should be noted that the project creates a training center promoting socio-cultural adaptation of people with disabilities in society and the formation of their active social life [2].
Objectives. What makes such a project successful is as follows: overcoming the psychological and actual isolation of people with disabilities; the formation of an information culture of people with disabilities; the promotion of modern leadership skills; membership training to enhance the education of people with disabilities; an increase in awareness of people with disabilities on social security; and creative rehabilitation. Even our specialized working groups would be actively collaborating with NGOs. The result of the authorities cooperating with various organizations is employment. In order to achieve future success concerning this problem, there must be development and refinement of a complex model, related to the mechanism of successful employment. In order to develop the comparison chart deficiencies and the priority side training techniques, the following must be considered: the potential benefits and the internal potential inherent weaknesses, unique strengths provided by the traditional approach to training specialists in different fields of economic activity, including for civil servants who may lack regular technical work aimed at improving the competitiveness of the institute's own existence, and how the size of the education market is too small to influence the broader market's stable relationships with qualified teachers, which is better in Ukraine in the field of image management, and while a reliable partner in no strong position to deal with threats, is better than average given knowledge about the state of the education market and well suited to the needs of consumers and their ability to realize the potential of competitive skills of teachers.
Conclusions. Using materials concerning the problems of employment and rehabilitation, in my view, is useful because of the importance to get rid of stereotypical planning segments as soon as possible. Human resources are one of the main resources of our country and if individual personal crises are confronted and overcome, we can achieve incredible results. This approach addresses not just funding issues acute in both Ukraine and the world today, but also is helpful in overcoming the barriers between people. Strategic planning of marketing, carried out based on deep market analysis, is the most important factor in the sustainable development of enterprises, and, therefore, one requirement for the intensive development of the economy as a whole. High-quality marketing strategy allows companies to build strong and relatively stable policies and provide balance in the interaction with the environment in the long run, and to overcome the crises related to the dynamic conditions of the environment.
