Not all the info in this article is true. I have been in the real estate Breckenridge business for 15 years and all is not lost.
You CAN have some blemishes in your credit. And even if you have less than perfect credit you can still refit FHA up to 95% if you don't owe more than your house is real estate Breckenridge worth.
OR you can do a loan modification if you are a couple of months behind on your mortgage.
OR you might be able to do a principle reduction real estate Breckenridge if you owe more than the house is worth as well.
