It happened some day in the spring. Alice was walking in the park. Sun was shining; there weren’t any clouds in the blue sky. The grass rustled and the trees murmured something… This day was great!
Alice didn’t know that the Amazing Butterfly with Joy on its wings was flying over the town. Everyone, who would see this butterfly, forget all of his problems. This butterfly can make people opening their eyes to the world! After seeing it they will be happy all day. And this very butterfly sat on the flower and looked at Alice attentively. Then it sat on Alice’s hand and began shaking Joy from its wings off! Then it flew away…
Alice felt great joy. She wanted to run, dance and sing at the same time… After a while Alice ran home and she told her mother about everything. Mum smiled to Alice and said:
- Lissi, I think that this butterfly was “The Butterfly of Joy”! – said Alice’s mother.
- What?? – asked the girl.
- I know one ancient story. If you wish, I can tell it to you, – said mother.
- Yes, Mum, please! – shouted daughter.
- Ok. Once there was a woman, who had a dream: to make the world happier. But one evil man killed her at the age of twenty five years old. Her desire for living and giving happiness to people was so huge, that she received the Sky Permission to do it anyway. And she turned into the Butterfly with the Joy on its wings. People call her “Butterfly of Joy”, or “The Amazing Butterfly”.
- Is it possible that THIS very butterfly sat on my hand? – asked Alice.
- Maybe, my Sunshine, maybe. I think that it is true, - said Mum.
At this moment the wonderful butterfly flew into the room through the open window. Joy was dispersing from its wings in all directions! Mother and daughter were enchanted and couldn’t move. After making its mission Butterfly flew away to the other towns. Alice said: “Lovely Butterfly, have a good trip! Make the world better and happier!”
